    30 states put the age of consent at 16. A handful at 17, and the rest at 18. I don't see any movement to change that.

    It isn't he so-called marriages, its the can of worms it opened, like forcing bakers to bake gays cakes and insidious activities like that, that's trampling on Christians rights...

    They're not "so-called" marriages, they're actual marriages. And if you want to run a business you have to follow the law, or deal with the consequences.

    I won't admit there isn't a conversation to have. The Human Race is the only one (that I'm aware of) who does not start breeding as soon as they're physically capable of doing so, which is generally much less than our legal "age of consent". While I personally think we've pretty much got it right, I'm open to a conversation. That is NOT me endorsing lowering the age of consent, only acknowledging that a conversation is not inappropriate.

    Do I think 12 year olds who are sexually mature should be engaging in sexual rations with other sexually mature persons? I do not. But it is worthy of a conversation.

    It's not a religious right which is being trampled, it's a property right. One should be able to refuse service for any reason whatsoever. Don't like Atheists or libertarians? Don't serve me.

    It's not like conservatives care about allowing the religious to practice - other than Christians of course. Last I checked, Rastafarians couldn't consume cannabis.

    They're phrasing this issue wrong if they want to succeed.

    God was said to have got marry pregnant at 12, we still don't allow Christians to get 12 year olds pregnant, the same would be true of Muslims which btw, have the same God

    the only exception may be the Amish as I do not believe they have to follow our laws

    Based on Jewish law, it is impossible for Mary to have been younger than 13 or 14 when she gave birth. There is no Biblical evidence of what her actual age was.

    There are is a large range of rights and privileges that minors do not enjoy, that adults do.

    If YOU want kids (that aren't ready) having sex and getting married... I surely question your judgment.

    The USSC made no such determination, nor is it within its purview. The court can only rule on constitutional matters -- which is exactly what it did here.
