Yes. Look at The Montgomery Bus Boycott - it broke the rules of that time.

    I did not say 'law'.
Btw, am I right that John Adams and Thomas Jefferson did break a law?

You don't know what Sharia Law is: Hint: The Islamic world is the most oppressive place in the world. If you'd like, we can send you there to really experience it. We Americans don't know how good we got it if you think what Kim Davis was doing is anything close to Sharia Law.

She was being obstinate, remove her from her post all you'd want and I don't care. But jailing her was excessive, and I'd say to the Judge it was beyond the Court's ability to do so. In law, we hold the principle to use the least amount of force necessary for a resolution. What's true in self defense is also true for the Court's.

Very specifically, that part of the US Constitution not mentioned in this debate: The law against cruel and unusual punishments. Which jail time in this case is definitely cruel.

Not according to the rule of law.

    Civil Contempt
Civil contempt occurs when a person refuses to obey a court order. Civil contempt can be "purged" by following the court order. A fine, confinement in jail, or both can be imposed for civil contempt. The sanctions are meant to coerce compliance with the court's order rather than to punish the person. If jailed, the person will be released from jail when he/she complies with the court order. The failure to comply with an injunction (a court order directing a person to do or not do a certain act) can be civil contempt.

really? I just explained it. Democrats were supposed to seal the border after the Reagan amnesty. That was the deal. They reneged on their end.
SO now we need to take drastic matters to fix the cancer caused by democrats and their refusal to enforce federal law (except when its a christian woman). By all means keep talking. The more people that read leftist comments the better. You can almost watch Trumps numbers go up when you guys talk.

Are you equating illegal Alien Immigration, and National Security with the prioritizing of Federal funds that Congress has the responsibility to overseer? Again that's a violation of the Constitution.

    U.S. Constitution - Article 1 Section 8

    The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;

Because of Christian based laws Millions of non violent drug users have been jailed, convicted of felonies, had their lives torn apart, families devastated, careers lost, paid thousands in lawyer fees, court fees, probation fees...All because Christians don't like anyone getting high on anything but Jesus. I say jail the pathetic hypocrites. For all the damage they have caused American families attempting to push their flawed morality on others, jail is not harsh enough.

Statements like this really undermine any credibility, let alone sanity, you think you are portraying here.

Why do you do this? Do you really think you are persuading anyone with such inane rhetoric?

Thats the kicker.....They really believe that we should have the same exact views and interpretations as they did in 1776. Original intent is a joke.

That dude called jesus had some good advice for his followers. First, render unto Caesar what is Caesar's... which keeps one out of trouble with the gov't, the powers that be. JC also warned people about staying out of jail, for even then, jailors and the law were brutal, sadistic bastards, as they are today. That Christians today ignore this advice, as they ignore most of what JC tried to teach the people, why am I not surprised?

JC never once uttered the line from that religious ditty...."onward Christian soldiers"...... Man obviously wrote that.

Why in any logic would someone knowingly and directly violate Federal Law by using a private server to send and receive highly sensitive classified materials? Madame, you take liberties with what I have written. I made the claim that I am not a Biblical scholar. I didn't claim I know nothing about the contents of the Pentateuch, especially the New Testament. I am not like elitist Progressive Socialists that claim to know it all. That was a false assumption on your part. BTW do you know the difference in different Bibles, or will it take you time to google it?

Ted Bundy was a big time Christian and an up and coming GOP hopeful. Yes, Christians and even Republicans get thrown in jail sometimes or as in Ted's case, executed.

    - - - Updated - - -

Oh no! A private server. This is among the most grievous crimes in the history of the US. LOL

As I mentioned already, jail time for Christians who were Anabaptists, Christadelphians, Quakers, Shakers, Jehovah's Witnesses, and Catholic Workers was happily approved by right wingers for decades.

Why the change of heart all of a sudden?
