He already did. Seems to have a problem with admitting his own errors.

Archeologists and Egyptologists know (for a fact) that pyramids were not used for. "graineries".

Would have been simpler for God to just send a representative with a couple of loaves and fishes.

So there is hope yet. When you get old and senile the Republican Party might just possibly get another voter. Of course that does assume you are male , white, and heterosexual.

I dunno know, but if I was had the same interest in truth and actually reality like Ben Carson I could tell you everything about how to successfully separate conjoined twins. Any other topic too. In fact, not only could I tell you, I did it.

Didn't I already tell you? President Obama asked me to the Surgeon General one time when we were having a private dinner together, but I turned it down.

Then again I have no clue what being able to separate cojoined twins has to do with being president. Explain it to me.

God really should go tell Congress himself. Or at least send a burning cactus or some winged creature. Take a lesson from Donald Trump, the performance matters!

This wouldn't work with Hillary Clinton, though. She has some underling in charge of communications to and from God, though she doesn't really remember who that is and that person is strictly not to bother her with whatever God said because that is too below her to bother with. :roflol:

Seems unlikely. As a Mediterranean bastard and European I doubt the Republicans will want me. Unless they start importing old people to prop up their vote.:roflol:

Hey... In a couple of decades they might pay old white people from the whole world to move to the USA and become Republicans.

Do you know what hieroglyphics are?
    The Egyptians kept detailed records.
The climate of Egypt being very dry, grain could be stored in pits for a long time without discernible loss of quality. The silo pit, as it has been termed, has been a favorite way of storing grain from time immemorial. They also built mud-brick silos for storage.
They did not use tombs,e.g. pyramids.

Haha... I think it is more likely it will be "Der er et Yndigt Land" (there is a beautiful country). At least if the American posters declaring the DEMISE of social democratic Scandinavia are to be believed.

And you don't get more WASP than that:gop:

There appears to be very precise information as to how and where grain was stored.

And once again Carson panders to the religious right. Is anyone really surprised?

What is worse is that in his original comments he claimed that Joseph built the Egyptian Pyramids. The fact that he today stands by that assertion places his logic and overall objectivity in question.

At Tell Edfu, archaeologists have uncovered what amounts to a downtown area. The community, halfway between the modern cities of Aswan and Luxor, was a provincial capital an important regional center. Tell Edfu is also rare, in that almost 3,000 years of Egyptian history are preserved in the stratigraphy of a single mound. The administrative building and silos were at the heart of the ancient community. Because grain was a form of currency, the silos functioned as a bank and a food source. The silos' size indicates the community was apparently a prosperous urban center. The grain bins are in a large silo courtyard of the 17th Dynasty (1630-1520 B.C.) and consist of at least seven round, mud-brick silos. With a diameter between 5.5 and 6.5 meters, they are the largest examples discovered within a town center. - See more at: http://news.uchicago.edu/article/20...nter-early-egyptian-city#sthash.uU413Sxc.dpuf

Well at least he doesn't believe that Islam is a religion of peace or that man made global warming is a real thing.

Man made global warming is a real thing with latest Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change placing 95 percent probability of global warming on human activity. Carson also has compared United States to Nazi Germany saying we are in the "gestapo age" in America. United States is a Western liberal democracy Nazi Germany was a fascist brutal dictatorship making it an extremely absurd and offensive statement. He also has said that if Nazi Germany had less strict gun regulations(it didn't with previous Weimar Republic having stricter gun regulation) than holocaust could have prevented. Anyone with basic knowledge of history(something Carson seems to lack) knows no matter what gun policy was the Jews couldn't have prevented the holocaust since they were a small minority facing government backed by most of the people in Germany including military that took might of British empire, United States, and Soviet Union to defend. On one of his many Nazi comparisons he said that most of the Germany didn't back what Hitler was doing with Nazis coming to power due to not being opposed by silent majority. Again anyone that knows history knows that is simply not the case. The Nazis was backed by most Germans with the Nazis winning last parliamentary elections of Weimar Republic for the Reichstag in 1933. After that election Reichstag passed the enabling act which dissolved reichstag and banned other parties beside the Nazis enabling little that was left of Weimar Republic after 1933 election. All parties except for the social democrats voted for the enabling act. Those that did oppose Hitler like Communists and Social Democrats were arrested or executed.

Ben Carson doesn't also seem to know basic economic concepts. As when asked during an interview if he would raise the debt ceiling he didn't answer saying he would manage the budget better. That's not what was asked, he was asked whether he would raise the debt ceiling to avoid defaulting on money that we already owed. At last debate. Carson was asked about his trillion dollar shortfall on his tax plan. He responded that size of GDP covers the shortfall. It doesn't change the shortfall. GDP stands for gross domestic product GDP is a measure of a country's products and services. Tax plans are based on income not GDP. This is basic economic 101.

Wrong, the difference is Hillary told an outright lie to the American people while Carson expressed an opinion on ancient history.

The nomination isn't locked up, so it's less than clear at this point what R's are "willing to settle for."

    It's "a criterion."

Always amuses me to see someone lecturing other posters from on high about his intelligence and erudition when he can't command the most elemental challenges of English grammar.

"Criteria" exists, but it's the plural of "criterion."

I think Rubio and Kasich are going to be the last two standing.

Trump will implode within the next 90 days, and just about everyone in the GOP hates Ted Cruz.

There's no such thing as man made global warming.

I think you are taking the Nazi comparison out of context.

There has to be a point where we stop raising the debt limit and start paying down the debt. What he means by the size of the GDP will cover the shortfall is that if you grow the economy the GDP goes up and along with it the revenues to the treasury. That's all. It's called dynamic scoring, something liberal economic novices don't seem to understand.
