hes got that kinda sicking looking deceptive smile here yah see those love ones and liberal minded supporters better be watch to by authorities in the future, hopefully be under some type of surveillance. they have some real twisted minds, to give this guy any sympathy.. http://trailblazersblog.dallasnews....r-death-row-inmate-set-to-die-wednesday.html/
Took a while in that article to get to why his lawyers were trying so hard to save him. Something about unreliable expert testimony at his trial. His first team 'abandoned' him to navigate the clemency process alone. The psychiatrist who testified against him never met or talked to him. So I guess the technical side of this is about whether he would have spent life in jail if certain things in his case had been handled 'properly'. Sure I see some sympathy in the article but more so just a narrative that a 'best' defense was not mounted before this guy was killed. So what's your comment here? That we shouldn't be concerned that in a 'better' handled case he may have got life behind bars?
i say he should of been executed why ? hes a arson and he would of been a threat to other inmates or officers in the prison if given a chance. to burn others to death he dislike.
Odd that Sotomayor's position seems to be "He doesn't get any help from us, but his lawyers are the bad ones."
