Just because you ignore them doesn't change the reality either.

PP changed their policy.....due to PP getting caught up over some exchanges of money. That they didn't want to be questioned about. Naturally no one likes to be under State and federal Investigations.

You , in some kind of desperation, are the only one creating their own "reality".

PP was NEVER "caught up" over ILLEGAL exchanges of money.

Changing a LEGAL procedure to NO procedure at all is not indicative of a crime and it would be absurd to think so..

This will soon be obvious to even PP though they still hope SCOTUS will continue dishonorably. [they won't]

PP sold fetal body parts for profit! A crime that was halted.
These profits were simply covering cost of delivery like is EXTREMELY common in retail. See Wal-Mart, EXON, or many farm producers.

This negative media PP attention is NOT anything but another recent public recognition of the humanity of a fetus in the generally dishonorable U.S.

Healthcare does not normally involve elective killing of another human except in the dishonorable America after overthrowing the United States.

The legal decision in Roe asserted the female "right to choose" was controlling from after voluntary intercourse and conception until "viability if born early".

Legally speaking, SCOTUS, allowed the autonomy of the pregnant female to overrule the autonomy and human dignity of the human fetus. There are generally 11-weeks before a fetal human life begins. Sorry "conception=life" dreamers but the science of this factual certainty has been irrefutable for a while. Accept it or don't, the earth is NOT flat. The zygote, blastocyst, and embryo may be placed in frozen storage for replanting at a later time.
Human life does not freeze.

After a placenta has developed and a fetal heart is beating, freezing the fetal human is FATAL. Healthcare does not generally call for killing the living except for parasites and bacterial/viral infections. Killing a fetus before viability (per SCOTUS) is ALWAYS fatal to the female's human honor or dignity. No "abortionists" is honorable after ignoring the humanity of the fetal human being killed. The female and the "abortionists" are BOTH dishonorable humans after an artificial abortion of gestation. Regret for killing a fetus is part of the healing process. Yes; even a dishonorable act will be forgiven, but will remain dishonorable forever.

Disposal of a human fetus as medical waste is fatal to the dignity of EVERY person involved in killing the human fetus. PP does some healthcare but is more generally attempting to change U.S. culture and/or prevent recognition of the human dignity of a fetus. Fetal human dignity limits the "right to choose" to 11-weeks instead of 24-weeks or chops it in half.

"Politicians in Ohio will stop at nothing to ban abortion in all cases in our state. Today, we're asking a federal court to prevent the state from this plainly political attempt to restrict women's access to safe and legal abortion," said Stephanie Kight, president and CEO of Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio.
http://www.cnn.com/2015/12/11/politics/ohio-planned-parenthood/index.html

"Planned Parenthood filed a federal lawsuit Sunday to "protect abortion access" in Ohio following Attorney General Mike DeWine's report that facilities in Cincinnati, Columbus and Cleveland improperly disposed of fetal remains."

Read this or don't; the future SCOTUS ruling is given herein.
The decision will be a 9-0 ruling and will not be a split, as would be a failure.

All this effort to try to defund PP would be better served actually passing legislation that has a chance of being signed into law, or at least has bipartisan support. The amount of money wasted on the bickering and partisan fighting makes the few hundred million we give PP to perform health services, which do not include abortion look like chump change. I do not agree with abortion and am pro-life, but I also support every other service performed by PP. Saying oh there's other places they can go. So what? Taking away options isn't gonna help anybody. and if you want to defund, or shut down places that perform abortions you will hve to shut down the entire medical system in America and take away healthcare for all

The ONLY dishonor I see is those who want to take away women's right to their own bodies...taking away rights is dishonorable and disgusting...

What about the body of the unborn, does the unborn not count at all? And banning abortion does not take away the woman's right to her own body. No person has the right to use their body as an excuse to kill another human, unless a woman is pregnant that is. That's an extra right no one else has. The law is not applied equally to everyone. Now Ive heard the argument that nobody has the right to use another persons body to sustain their life against the person's will. That does not apply in pregnancy, otherwise late term abortion laws, and other restrictions put on abortions, which SCOTUS has supported would be illegal. Can't say oh well the unborn has extra rights no one else has, because everyone starts out unborn, so the law would apply equally to everyone.

The right to control the body expires when another human must be killed to allow this choice.
The decision to have sex and then ignore the resulting conception for 11-weeks will be a legal decision to give birth very soon, per SCOTUS in Arkansas!

The investigations showed that there were false allegations and that there was NO wrong-doing on the part of Planned Parenthood. There is no organization in existence that can take the place of PP in providing low-cost health care and affordable birth control. Critics of PP falsely claimed that PP was selling "baby parts" when they were reimbursed for expenses, now that they do not accept reimbursement, no one can make that claim.

Assuming fetal parts really did end up in a landfill: As a matter of public health medical waste ought to be incinerated (or otherwise rendered biologically inactive) rather than placed in a landfill. So if PP was negligent, a fine would be appropriate, but if it was reasonable of them to assume that the disposal service was disposing of them properly, then the fault would lie with the disposal service and most likely does.

Telling on themselves indicates honesty and/or a lack of awareness that they are doing anything wrong. Changing policy is something healthcare facilities do routinely in an effort towards continuous quality improvement, and only indicates that they no longer feel the former policy was optimal due to a variety of reasons such as providing the best care possible or dealing with politics.

Few pro-lifers are against abortion out of some desire to suppress women, but rather for the misguided belief that fetuses are equivalent to a human life. So in their minds it's either a matter of stopping murder or punishing murderers which includes both women and doctors. The only way their argument can be defeated is by demonstrating that abortion is not murder in the ethical sense. That's the core of the issue. So dismantling a pro-life argument will involve showing that a fetus is not a person, because if the fetus were a person deserving of rights then that would, in most people's minds, trump any other considerations other than practical ones like what the actual effect of anti-abortion policy would be. I know you think it's self-defense to be able to have an abortion, but that argument simply wouldn't fly with most people since most women do not die in childbirth these days.

Why do you feel that the unborn deserve rights?

I am an ex-USMC conscientious objector to war. This morally absolute stance predates my enlightenment or TBI. I am the ONLY Corporal in U. S. history with a Good Conduct Medal awarded during a discharge as a conscientious objector to war. Yes; Congress was involved.

NOT QUITE reality.

Investigators found PP selling fetal tissue but alleging these sales were only covering costs that were incurred but NOT including the harvesting fees.

PP has ALLEGEDLY NOW STOPPED selling fetal tissues? PP was also recently found paying a vendor to boil fetal tissue to kill bacteria and then dispose of it.

PP sought a preliminary injunction against the OH Attorney General in hopes a politically manipulated federal judge will twist law(s) to protect the harvesting of fetal tissue or allow indecent disposal of this human tissue. There is no pending issue or controversy for a judge to halt. This was ignorant and expensive legal suicide by PP. Just watch.

The fetal-horror-shows are allowed to continue in America because the humanity of a fetus was ignored during Roe or a fetus was not yet realized to be an individual human. Roe has NOT yet been replaced by Beck v Edwards, et al, (15-448). This will be done by this time next year as well as the ND TRAP law(s) and the TX TRAP law(s) and any other TRAP law existing will be invalidated for violating the inalienable right to elect to cease gestation before an individual fetal human is alive.

Page -7

. . . This response by everyone in America alone should further motivate granting certiorari. The public and Congress will not wait for an update to Roe from 1973, as should further motivate granting certiorari.

. . .Cases involving regulating abortion of gestation always strike at the balance between freedom to terminate pregnancy (autonomy) and a StateÂ’s profound interest in protecting the dignity of the unborn child (prohibiting killing). The CourtÂ’s recent abortion of gestation decisions acknowledge a significant increase in the State interest due to advances in medical technology and an increased understanding of the dignity a living, developing human fetus deserves.

. . .The interest in terminating pregnancy after individual human heartbeats begin but prior to “viability” has tempered considerably since Roe. Contraception and first trimester medical abortions of gestation are increasingly accessible and safer than surgical abortions of gestation after the placenta develops. Safe haven statutes codified in all fifty States completely eliminated the burden of unwanted newborn children after birth and this should further motivate granting certiorari.

. . .The decisions of the District Court and Court of Appeals obediently followed a “viability rule” like follows:

• any restriction on a pregnant womanÂ’s ability to obtain abortion of gestation, prior to viability, is per se unconstitutional.

. . .Millions of Arkansas citizens and most on Earth want to recognize the dignity of unborn individual humans before “viability”, as soon as these humans are unique fetal individuals.

Except in America? You think abortions only happen in America?

And in the interest of being succinct, I did not quote the rest of your post. In my opinion, what you said could have been said in one sentence. You don't like people who have abortions or have anything to do with the process of having an abortion.

Huh...

The only problem I see with this argument, is that it's not only false... but hysterically false.

The Videos are irrefutable fact, thus there is no potential for such to be 'debunked'...

Second, there is no means to legitimately deny that the abortion mill OKA: Planned Parenthood, is in the business of promoting infanticide, as a means to profit from the sales of human body-parts.

Third... such is a manifestation of a profound evil... and we're talking evil of The OLD TESTAMENT variety.

You repeatedly used the word "America" implying that such is synonymous with immorality.

The problem ya have there is that the advocates of infanticide are Relativists... and there is nothing even remotely 'American' about relativism.

In truth, Relativism represents the pure antithesis of American Principle... and Relativism is the intellectual basis of every facet of Left-think.

Understand, nature precludes the means for one to simultaneously adhere to BOTH the thesis and the antithesis... thus:

THERE ARE NO LEFTIST AMERICANS

It's also worth noting that Relativism is the species of reasoning by which ALL EVIL is manifested... which means that absent such, evil cannot exist.

See how that works?

No that's not what they showed. Moreover the investigation hasn't ended. Evidently, people think that money can go to other organizations and Community Medical Centers helping women there too.

PP has not cornered any Market either.

Telling on themselves and the way it had to be done. Wasn't being honest. Especially after denying something they said on video. Then coming out and saying that PP had the video analyzed and that they were altered. Then discovery by an Independent with analysis of the CMP videos stating they were not altered. Removes the issue about them being honest. As they weren't. Also Lack of awareness.....then falls on them and certainly is no justification or an excuse when discussing what they had to be aware with money exchanging hands.

This change of policy came after their spotlight appearance. Directly over the issue of exchanging money for parts.

No, you are incorrect when you assert that Anti-Choicers do not want to suppress women. Have enough dialogue with these "people" and sooner or later the sewage spills with their , "she should just have kept her legs together"..." if she has sex she has to PAY THE PRICE"" (by remaining pregnant, it's a PUNISHMENT for having sex for fun), ""only promiscuous women have abortions"".
AND whether or not they WANT to suppress women taking away women's rights to their own bodies IS suppression.

Abortion is not murder in any sense.

The fetus has never been shown to BE a person so it does not have to be shown NOT to be a person.

IF it is ever shown to be a person it will have the rights of a person AND the restrictions.

One restriction will be that it cannot harm another without their consent. If the woman it's in doesn't consent to the harm it's causing her then she will have the SAME RIGHT EVERYONE ELSE HAS to SELF DEFENSE.

Now, before you look sillier by insisting that the only harm done by pregnancy is the slight risk of death I suggest you find a scientific site that explains what happens to a woman's body during pregnancy.

Here, I'll help you with the REAL "birds and bees"...

HERE IS WHAT YOU DISMISS:

Normal, frequent or expectable temporary side effects of pregnancy:
•exhaustion (weariness common from first weeks)
•altered appetite and senses of taste and smell
•nausea and vomiting (50% of women, first trimester)
•heartburn and indigestion
•constipation
•weight gain
•dizziness and light-headedness
•bloating, swelling, fluid retention
•hemmorhoids
•abdominal cramps
•yeast infections
•congested, bloody nose
•acne and mild skin disorders
•skin discoloration (chloasma, face and abdomen)
•mild to severe backache and strain
•increased headaches
•difficulty sleeping, and discomfort while sleeping
•increased urination and incontinence
•bleeding gums
•pica
•breast pain and discharge
•swelling of joints, leg cramps, joint pain
•difficulty sitting, standing in later pregnancy
•inability to take regular medications
•shortness of breath
•higher blood pressure
•hair loss or increased facial/body hair
•tendency to anemia
•curtailment of ability to participate in some sports and activities
•infection including from serious and potentially fatal disease
(pregnant women are immune suppressed compared with non-pregnant women, and are more susceptible to fungal and certain other diseases)
•extreme pain on delivery
•hormonal mood changes, including normal post-partum depression
•continued post-partum exhaustion and recovery period (exacerbated if a c-section -- major surgery -- is required, sometimes taking up to a full year to fully recover)

Normal, expectable, or frequent PERMANENT side effects of pregnancy:
•stretch marks (worse in younger women)
•loose skin
•permanent weight gain or redistribution
•abdominal and vaginal muscle weakness
•pelvic floor disorder (occurring in as many as 35% of middle-aged former child-bearers and 50% of elderly former child-bearers, associated with urinary and rectal incontinence, discomfort and reduced quality of life -- aka prolapsed utuerus, the malady sometimes badly fixed by the transvaginal mesh)
•changes to breasts
•increased foot size
•varicose veins
•scarring from episiotomy or c-section
•other permanent aesthetic changes to the body (all of these are downplayed by women, because the culture values youth and beauty)
•increased proclivity for hemmorhoids
•loss of dental and bone calcium (cavities and osteoporosis)
•higher lifetime risk of developing Altzheimer's
•newer research indicates microchimeric cells, other bi-directional exchanges of DNA, chromosomes, and other bodily material between fetus and mother (including with "unrelated" gestational surrogates)

Occasional complications and side effects:
•complications of episiotomy
•spousal/partner abuse
•hyperemesis gravidarum
•temporary and permanent injury to back
•severe scarring requiring later surgery
(especially after additional pregnancies)
•dropped (prolapsed) uterus (especially after additional pregnancies, and other pelvic floor weaknesses -- 11% of women, including cystocele, rectocele, and enterocele)
•pre-eclampsia (edema and hypertension, the most common complication of pregnancy, associated with eclampsia, and affecting 7 - 10% of pregnancies)
•eclampsia (convulsions, coma during pregnancy or labor, high risk of death)
•gestational diabetes
•placenta previa
•anemia (which can be life-threatening)
•thrombocytopenic purpura
•severe cramping
•embolism (blood clots)
•medical disability requiring full bed rest (frequently ordered during part of many pregnancies varying from days to months for health of either mother or baby)
•diastasis recti, also torn abdominal muscles
•mitral valve stenosis (most common cardiac complication)
•serious infection and disease (e.g. increased risk of tuberculosis)
•hormonal imbalance
•ectopic pregnancy (risk of death)
•broken bones (ribcage, "tail bone")
•hemorrhage and
•numerous other complications of delivery
•refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease
•aggravation of pre-pregnancy diseases and conditions (e.g. epilepsy is present in .5% of pregnant women, and the pregnancy alters drug metabolism and treatment prospects all the while it increases the number and frequency of seizures)
•severe post-partum depression and psychosis
•research now indicates a possible link between ovarian cancer and female fertility treatments, including "egg harvesting" from infertile women and donors
•research also now indicates correlations between lower breast cancer survival rates and proximity in time to onset of cancer of last pregnancy
•research also indicates a correlation between having six or more pregnancies and a risk of coronary and cardiovascular disease

Less common (but serious) complications:
•peripartum cardiomyopathy
•cardiopulmonary arrest
•magnesium toxicity
•severe hypoxemia/acidosis
•massive embolism
•increased intracranial pressure, brainstem infarction
•molar pregnancy, gestational trophoblastic disease
(like a pregnancy-induced cancer)
•malignant arrhythmia
•circulatory collapse
•placental abruption
•obstetric fistula
More permanent side effects:
•future infertility
•permanent disability
•death
.

America is nothing but a continent. I use the word for the country' that replaced the sovereign United States from 1790-1927. This was made irreversible with the Citizens United mistake.
It is immoral for a nation (America) to refuse to recognize human dignity.

"Selling" implies an attempt to profit. The donation of fetal tissue was done with an attempt to recoup expenses.

PP was found innocent of wrong-doing. The producers of the misleading videos are still in court and will hopefully receive a punishment fitting of their crimes.

If what you maintain is true, then it goes to show how unscrupulous businesses are showing a perfect example of corporate greed.

Planned Parenthood sues Ohio over fetal tissue disposal dispute - "Attorneys for Planned Parenthood sued Ohio on Sunday, asking a judge to block what it argues is an attempt by the state's top attorney, Attorney General Mike DeWine, to stop the organization from providing abortion services. The lawsuit, filed in federal court in Cincinnati on behalf of three Planned Parenthood locations where abortions are performed, is seeking a restraining order and a preliminary injunction against the state. The lawsuit comes two days after DeWine, a Republican, said he would file his own injunction to block those facilities from sending fetal remains to companies that then dispose of them in landfills. DeWine said doing so violated state administrative rules."

Another rightwing outrage is about to bite the dust in ignominy.

So you don't believe in Creation?

LOL! (Reader, it always tickles me when an element of the Creation, runs to deny its own existence. I just never seem to get my fill of it.)
