The video was shot by the Christian group so it could have been edited, but just going by the video it would seem to be the Muslims that would be doing the burning. The Christian group walked down the street bearing the cross and passing out christian new papers. That used to be called missionary work.

The Muslims (locals on the street in case not all were Muslim) seemed to be the ones causing the hostilities.
