And no one explains it better than Elizabeth Warren; http://on.msnbc.com/1pAgCzm The utter decay within the Republican Party cannot be any more rotten, than what it is today. These folks were voted into office to do a job, and they failed miserably. They've used extremism for seven years, and have not served this country and its citizens with their best interests in mind. They seek an extremist agenda that is unprecedented in this country, and it is possible we could fall into chaos if we let the cancer of extremism morph into something more dangerous. They seek to disenfranchise millions more in this country from participating in Democracy, because of the way they look, their sexual orientation, their religious views, their concerns for the environment, depriving them of basic health care, you name it, and they are against it. They want to magically peel these folks away from society, so they can get back to the business that is most important to them. And that is worshiping the wealthy, because the wealthy will make them rich as well, once they take care of all the excess baggage around them. This is what the extremist side of the Republican Party want. And it's the truth. And the Right knows it.

In the meantime, we have people working hard like Elizabeth Warren exposing these subterranean humans for who and what they are. They have no respect for the President, the Constitution, and this country. And from day one, they made a conscious decision to disrespect and hijack his entire presidency, by simply doing nothing. Elizabeth Warren can cry to the senate to do their job until the cows come home, and they aren't going to do it. Come November, we will have to vote this cancer of a party out. If we do not, this country will fall into chaos.http://on.msnbc.com/1pbXxTE

I have a great admiration for Elizabeth Warren....I feel the same for Bernie Sanders. These people are honorable, principled, public servants who are truly selfless.

My dream ticket would be her as VP for Bernie Sanders. She's just a wonderful person.

As for the republikkkans....they're just disgusting scum and their primary proves it.

Ok bwk, what is your definition of respecting the office, constitution, and country. I will tell you it has been many years since either side has respected on of these. Respect for these things is shown only by a few in recent history. The Reagan family was the epitome of showing respect. In some forms the bush's did so and before Reagan I think we have to look back to the time starting ww1 and before. Once again in some ways Kennedy. Rise hour just wow. A real president for the times he was telling with. Roosevelt, Coolidge, then as we go back more and more understood the concept of respecting the office and country. Obama has no respect for any of it. He has turned general rules and constitutional law on its head. He has acted just as Trump is now like a real joke. Not having the prestige and understanding the the USA is the greatest country in the world. Many have forgotten where we started. Many have forgotten what it has taken to keep the republic. Many have forgotten what has been sacrificed. Respect for all of the things mentioned in the leading comment is more than holding the office strong, it is about dignity, it is not about how it will benefit an individual of group, but how things can be done to benefit the whole. Failure to put these things before ones self is a lack of respect for everything this country stands for and fought for many times over!

I am assuming you have never read the constitution. I am assuming you have never read any of the founding documents or educated yourself on the facts surrounding the founding of our great nation. Many of our founding fathers deliberately put into these documents safeguards to keep socialism from creeping in. Socialism is more than a fiscally devastating government system, it is a social disaster as well.

I'm totally with you. Sanders and Warren would be an incredible ticket. Unfortunately, that ticket is so overshadowed by the other parties extremist candidates, that quite frankly it's a matter of national security that these folks do not even come close to the White House. Idiocracy has totally taken over the Republican Party, and it is being used as their party platform. And I do not say this in a joking way. These people have totally lost their minds, and they are a danger to our country. We have to, at all costs, vote them out.

You folks are really a hopeless case. You ask an asinine question, knowing full well that from day one the Republicans conspired to do everything in their power to not only not work with this president, but to say no to everything. Even if it was their own idea. Have you no sense of shame when you asked that question? I didn't think so.

    Hello, bwk,

Two questions: If the the president was a conservative Republican, and the Congress was controlled by the Dems, would you expect the Congress to go along with the conservative initiatives of the president because ... well, he's the president? Is the president our king?

And an observation: You realize that Hillary Clinton has made a fortune off the rich, including Wall Street bankers. Is it different when a liberal does it?

What a apocalyptic imagination. And yes it is someone else's fault that Obama's presidency has been a complete failure. If only he would have had more perfect circumstances, then he could have been a great president. Take FDR, he was the president of a lifetime for his generation, revered even by Ronald Reagan, FDR had much more perfect circumstances than poor Barack.

    Obama wuz robbed!

The Republicans are just representing their constituents.

They fulfilled the campaign promises they made to block Obama's crazier ideas.

    That's democracy in action.

Obama has had no major crisis to deal with and still fails to move our country forward.

    Shame on him.

If CONs do not respect Prez. Obama, it proves their general unwillingness to work together across political aisles.

And what has Democrats ever done to reach across the aisle? I'd love to ask that to Elizabeth Warren. I'll ask PF Democrats: In these 7 years, name Democratic outreach to Republicans.

Oh, and a caveat: You cannot, as you always do, cite the Insurance Mandate as something Republicans wanted. If so, they would've voted for the bill. I won't accept that answer because some fringe newsletter or blog(the Heritage Foundation) once supported it way back in 1993 when Hillary failed to push it through LOL.

So no, seriously show me a Democratic Proposal from 2009-2016 that should have gotten Republican support.

    This'll be good.

Bill Clinton was able to work with a House that was majority GOP. There are anecdotes from both sides of the aisle about how Obama doesn't network with congress the way a president is supposed to. Obama is a pretty insulated guy by all accounts. Valery Jarett is the brain behind the Obama operation.

I'm still a sad panda about Buchanan's presidency. Pennsylvania, once the capital of politics has been relegated arguably thanks to Buchanan's presidency. We haven't had a legitimate politician since, unless you count Rick freaking Santorum.(and I wanted Casey over him lol.)

That's one of the reasons I want to aim for Head of State. I want to put my birth state of PA back on the political map.

Republicans should fear the day Elizabeth Warren runs for president because she will sweep the election with little effort. She is so articulate, passionate and logical. Did republicans hear her say that republican senators won't even hear the nominees? They can vote no, so why not at least listen first? They won't even hear from nominees to other court positions who are republicans. Obama could nominate Marco Freaking Rubio and they wouldn't listen simply because Obama said it.

I think when she says republicans don't respect the president she doesn't just mean Obama, she means the office of the presidency. I would argue republicans didn't respect the presidency when Bush was in office. He was someone else's puppet the entire time. Republicans claim to be the party that believes and protects the constitution, and yet seem to ignore most of it. My question is what is the senate doing? They are being paid for a job and they seem to just be sitting around waiting. Don't tell me it's just because it's the last year of the presidency either, because they've been sitting around for the entire second term. People elected them to do a job they are now paid to do... Are they doing anything?

A Bernie Sanders/Elizabeth Warren ticket would be amazing! I wonder if she would take VP though if she is prepping for a future presidential run. I am also torn because I feel like she is really important in the senate.
