No need to arrest them in California. AB 109 releases felons when the prison is full instead of building more......

"For too long, the state’s prison system has been a revolving door for lower-level offenders and parole violators who are released within months—often before they are even transferred out of a reception center. Cycling these offenders through state prisons wastes money, aggravates crowded conditions, thwarts rehabilitation, and impedes local law enforcement supervision." – Governor Edmund G. Brown, Jr., Governor’s Press Release, April 5, 2011.

Would be nice if it just stayed as it was printed, over 13,000 repeat violent criminal offender's, with outstanding warrants for assault's and murder, and other dangerous felonies, were picked up, including their discovering about 5,000 other criminals in that group in the collateral roundup. Doesn't mean a thing whether they were Black; White; Islamic: Protestant; Catholic or Jews - they all were criminals on the street's of America, released by a liberal justice system, preying on the public again. Whether a majority of them happened to be Black doesn't mean a thing. Criminal's with warrants outstanding - some willing to stand and firefight for their freedom from overwhelming law enforcement forces. What does BLM have to do with it. If the Justice Department turned its eyes on Southside Chicago the same way as it just did across the country - targeting the worst of the criminal's and gangs - that ghetto would be a much safer place today than it happens to be - which is a Black on Black killing field - a fact ignored by the Democratic mayor; the police department; President Obama; the Justice Department; the NAACP, and, of course, the BLM movement. Kudos to the cops and U.S. Marshal's Service............

IOW, thousands of new violence counselors will have to be hired. Perfect.

Good observations. Let's throw them all in jail and implement prison reform to make prisons more cost effective. We can start by taking away television, weight rooms, access to college classes, and any other nice thing that we can't afford. They can do hard labor and anyone who refuses to work, will not get credit for that day served. This way, only the lifers will lay around and stare at the ceiling. They can grow their own food and build furniture for government buildings to save the taxpayers money. Prisons need to be places that are dreaded. Only then will they quit their criminal ways.

Make eVerify mandatory for employment and ALL government benefits. Then take away their ability to keep legitimate jobs with phony, underage or stolen social security numbers. The SSA and IRS are all too well aware of multiple people using a single social security number. With modern computer databases, it wouldn't be hard to pluck out all the duplicate, non issued or under age users excepting the original issuee. Then send notices to their employers the duplicate users payments are coming from that there appears to be an error and they must verify the social security number within 30 days or face massive fines and jail time. Then move on to the Individual Taxpayer Identification Number filers, requiring them to provide their valid visa's allowing them to remain legally in the country, send notices to their employers the ITIN employee payments are coming from must verify the employee's valid visa within 30 days or face massive fines and jail time. Compile a list of those failing to provide the valid visa's and investigate if they are in the country legally, if not deport them.

They're not going to do it on their own. I know a landscaping contractor that in order to keep up with the ones hiring illegals, started employing work release inmates. It just wasn't enough. I called him to get some work done even though he charged more, he informed me he was out of business.

Not that the race card applies here, but how many years or decades did you have to wait for an opportunity to deal it?

By the way, did you notice the cities involved?

It's nice to see a big bipartisan love fest over "tough on crime" policies and sweeping raids on America by hordes of armed federal agents. It's for the children!

It isn't officially racism until the number out of the 13,000 that were minorities is made known
