I'll explain why i am writing this. Ever heard of "Margaret Thatcher"?. She accordingly was seen as anti gay. Conservative. I believe that is why United Kingdom went the way it went. But if you heard her speech, she is right actually. Because although socialism is a nice idea in general.. although i still will be against the psychological aspect of it of feeling not contributing, but the idea sounds good. But basically here is the problem. 2 problems, "Economic and political struggle" and this is mostly linked to immigration, there are some other factors but this is the 2 main ones. And what she says is not really that far from the truth. It sucks though that UK feels they are abliged to keep this up because... Well poor GAYS. Atleast what the comment section seems mostly concerned about. But just wondering your views?
What the heck does some political rhetoric about economic policy have to do with homosexuals? Your post doesn't seem to make the blindest bit of sense to me.
You may perhaps have linked the wrong video into this discussion? Or do we have to read the comments to the video to see the connection? The opening post from this other thread may help us to get on topic. Conservatives can change their mind....... if given good information from a reliable source. http://www.politicalforum.com/gay-l...rs-understand-nde-comments-gay-community.html Sincere apologies for taking 5 years to understand NDE comments on Gay Community! I personally am ashamed of myself for being a Christian who could not understand this message for about five years!!!!! http://www.near-death.com/experiences/notable/christian-andreason.html#a11 9. What about sexually diverse people?
The hierarchy of oppression goes something like this: 1. Muslims. 2. Black people 3. Women 4. Animals 5. Gay people 6. Latinos 7. Poor people 8. Bacteria Right now, blacks and Muslims are fighting for first place, and it's a really close race. *White men cannot be oppressed or face difficulty; they can only oppress others. They should kill themselves as quickly and often as possible, to hell with modernity. Instead, the future of modern society will be left up to Asian people--may they govern better than we did.
Nobody holds any of the positions you're satirizing. Watching people poke fun at the ridiculous things that dumb teenagers posted on tumblr was fun for a while, but now people are under the impression that those things are some sort of prominent political force rather than a weird internet subculture and it's cringeworthy. On topic: Margaret Thatcher was a wretched human being and if there's a hell I hope she's burning in the worst circle of it. Chrissakes, she even supported Apartheid.
I once went to an LGBT meeting at a college campus, and this is exactly the kind of crap they believe, though not always explicitly. I should never have gone, let's just put it that way. South Africa has become a cesspool and is in worse shape than ever before. Is it really better now? The country is so incompetent that the state-sanctioned sign language interpreter was a fraud. It has become a parody of its former self. They suck more than they ever did before at just about every level.
Well, perhaps you should refute the following: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/pol...atchers-secret-campaign-to-end-apartheid.html
Well... so much for the flag of tolerance. I don't even think they like themselves, considering suicide rates and image problems. Even if homophobia went away i still think psychological issues would be a thing. There is even a sign of vikings disliking male practicing Seiðr because they compared it to homosexuality, it is unclear if it was because of unmanliness or because they saw homosexuality as something shameful, but it gives a clue to why historically that some psychologically thought homosexuality was awful in general, and it all is connected to the psychological mind of humans. United Kingdom have cucked themself after Thatcher in my view, i mean maybe not so much in other places like Germany of the "HOLOCAUST CARD NAOOOWW", but in consideration... yeah.
I find that difficult to believe. So you think that brutal segregation was a good idea that should be brought back? - - - Updated - - - Her public actions had a larger impact than any secret plot to free Mandela, because politics isn't about singular great people like Mandela. Politics is where the masses are. Thatcher only cared about traditionally oppressed groups that she belonged to (Women). Everyone else didn't matter to her.
Since it's unlikely that she belonged to an oppressed or non oppressed Mandela group, as evidenced by my previous link, I'll take your latest response as effectively as I took your previous post.
LMAO, Germany really needs to toughen up a bit. The people living there now had nothing to do with the holocaust and have been excellent contributors to global society. Prosperity is what causes all of this weakness. If you were to poll people in non-western countries about a number of things we're obsessed with, they would think we are pathetic--only rich non-westerners share that weakness, which is why foreign college students can't be taken seriously either--they're the richest people on campus. It's hilarious and sad . This isn't a real country anymore. Well, it happened. Believe it or not, I wasn't always a jerk--at that time, I was only mildly misogynistic, unlike the views I hold now (they didn't know this). One of my best friends is gay and compelled me to go so that I could "broaden" my perspective. I have a tremendous amount of respect for this guy (unrelated to him being gay, so I went. At the end, even he was surprised at how aggressive and vicious some of the feminists were. Half the group probably liked me more than the group leader after that epic meltdown. Look, these college kids should not be taken seriously, at all. They have never suffered a day in their lives and have had to resort to fantasies to feel like tough people. Do you really approve of how weak and infantile many on the left have become? I can tell you right now that the old school communists would be laughing if they saw what the left has become. How brutal was it, compared to living in a crappy country? For instance, would it be better to live in Singapore or South Africa? No, I don't think apartheid should be brought back, but I think they threw out the baby with the bathwater. The point I'm making is that this idea of democracy or freedom for their own sake is silly. Societies are organic, and you cannot simply copy-paste new systems into place and think they will work. Look around the world and see how well that has worked out in recent years. To give you some perspective on how I view the world, I now support the 1989 Tiananmen crackdown. I think democracy would have been a disaster for China at that time, and the CCP has done an amazing job getting that country in working order. If you want to see what a real leader is, look at Deng Xiaoping's accomplishments. Probably the best leader in the world over the last 60 years or so. Democracy is not always good.
Isolated college liberals are alien to real class struggle. We've forgotten that liberalism can't fix anything and that only working class marxism can rally the masses against the ruling class to true effect. While Marxists should never compromise our convictions on the equality of women, equality among races, and equality among sexualities, we shouldn't condescend and act like people who aren't as progressive on this issues are less intelligent than we are. That attitude drives off a lot of would-be allies who would have been willing to be more sensitive about these issues had they not met such hostility. The left would be in better shape if internal politics would take a backseat to organizing, educating, and agitating. Deng Xiaoping's betrayal of the revolution is unacceptable. Mao was a poor administrator, but at least he didn't turn his back on everything that he struggled to achieve.
I cannot speak to their view on Gays but the UK does value illegal Muslims more than their own people.
You don't have the blindest idea what you're talking about (or you do know but are lying). It's disturbing how easy you seem to find it to hate people (you think are) different to you.
I am sort of silly, what with my not ignoring the invasion and not embracing the violence like all good little PC drones do..
Agreed, Marxists might have had more success if they had focused on the working people and not the silly babies occupying our universities. Deng did betray the revolution, and he did so for good reason--communism was a disaster in China. The only time China was even remotely successful between 1949 and Deng's reign was the period right before and after the great leap forward, in which market reforms were being applied. In fact, those reforms were working so well that Mao decided he needed a cultural revolution to purge the "rightists" who had started turning the country around. Agreed, Mao was a poor administrator, but he was a fantastic military commander and revolutionary. None of our leaders could hold a candle to Mao, sadly enough.
