It of course is very possible, if not probable that I misunderstand the Latino population, however, that has nothing to do with the facts.

Trump went hard at illegal immigration because he wasn't going to get the Latino vote anyways, and that allowed him to gain an enormous amount of external votes beyond his regular base.

As well, Trump now has shown that his number of Latino voters is above what Romney had.

That is a double tap win win voting demographics. It doesn't matter whether I understand Latinos, or you understand them for that matter.

I think you might be looking at all the media hyping Latinos as anti Trump at speaking events...as somehow important, when it really isn't important. Those people being agitated and incited and radicalized etc...already were going to vote Democrat.

Do you understand that? Trump does not have a loss here. He makes a huge gain by what he is doing, and receives as an oddity....more Latino votes than Romney, while he is doing it.

While all that may be true, nationals polls are meaningless, as the national election will be decided in a state by state basis.

 

Fact is, the mainstream Protestant churches that were the core of the WASP protestant and affiliated with the national Council of Churches, are very, very liberal, whereas evangelicals (like Baptists) are more conservative. More Catholics voted Republican than Democratic in 1980 and 1984. White Catholics are pretty much divided between the parties but Hispanic Catholics vote Democratic.

He wasted no time in blaming the Communists on the Reichstag fire and arresting
them.This was how he eliminated his opposition.Stage a fire { no one knew for sure
who started it } and then within a days time blame it on the Opposition.
It worked.100,ooo communists eventually got arrested and put into concentration
camps and Hitler started work on his master Plan or Final solution for the " Jew problem ".
Declaring as undisputed Dictator that jews were no longer german citizens.
Marriage between Germans and jews was now outlawed.
Thankfully Many German jews saw this coming ever since The Nazi party's
rise to power in the late 1920's.Thankfully also Great men and my Favorite Movie
Director Billy Wilder managed to get out of Germany in the early 30's and move to Paris,
then to America.His Mother,Grandmother and Stepfather were not that fortunate.
They perished in the Holocaust.
I don't like the demeanor,the temperament and the way Trump acts,talks,
gesticulates and issues his many & varied versions of Ultimatums.
Too reminiscent of what and how a Dictator operates.

 

White Nationalism/White Supremacy, the core support for Donald Trump (which excludes the "Never-Hillary" that will vote for Trump), hasn't been mainstream in America for many years. The problem for the "Never-Hillary" Republicans is that they will be supporting White Nationalism/White Supremacy if they vote for Donald Trump.

 

Please educate us as to when in our Nation's History ANY :
White Nationalism/White Supremacy movement was mainstream.

Well, thank you for your service. I'm a Vietnam vet and flew over the pacific 8 times...how I hated that 16-18 hr trip. Anyway, we do not fear and loath people who are different. We are opposed to illegal immigration. We are also opposed to immigrants who we accepted into this country in the belief that they would assimilate. Now there are many that refuse to. Please inform yourself of the goals of La Raza, MEChA, and the land of Atzlan. These are extremely racist organizations whose stated goal is the ethnic cleansing of eight current American states. They want to eventually deport all Whites, Blacks, and Asians from this area. They not only get funding from corporate America (bill gates gave them $6 million) but from the US government. When will the Democrats denounce them? When will you?

I have no doubt that Hispanics that have come to America with the intention of assimilating and not being welfare dependent will support Trump in larger numbers than in 2012. Having been to central and South America, numerous times and seen the influence and downgrade of south FL the past few decades, there is no doubt how destructive their culture has been on ours. Their apathy in simply learning our language is a slap in the face.

You're confusing different situations. The Republican Latinos are a very small group - mostly Cubans. Among mainstream Hispanics Trump is not very well liked. There are rumblings that this election may see the highest Hispanic vote ever - mostly in opposition to Mr Trump.

Been to a construction site lately? Rather dependably Hispanics give their employers their money's worth - moreso than most other ethnic groups. Ever been to the upper class side of town, seen beautiful yards and beautiful interiors. It is mostly Hispanic workers that make that happen.
