She is certainly qualified to lead the Democrat charge. Accuse without basis in fact, use political position to discriminate, scream wolf and point at sheep. Yep, she has a long future in the party.

 

What don't you understand about no evidence of a rough ride and evidence to the contrary? What don't you understand that twice the judge asked the prosecution "where is your evidence for these charges" and they could produce none?

What evidence supports your claim they are guilty? That you just wish they were guilty does not make it so. Support your claim.

I blame liberals and black lives matters for this. They created a racially charged environment and the prosecutor would have been called a racist or enacted some sort of "white privilege" if she charged a lower crime with a lower standard of proof. So they got their murder charge and a full acquittal. Good going.

 

Think she will be standing in front of the courthouse posing for Vogue again anytime soon.

A judge who apparently investigated and punished police for misconduct before he became a judge.

He also ruled for the prosecution on almost all pretrial motions. He was clearly not biased in favor of the police.

The glaring irony of a nothingness like Mosby rising to such a position in Maryland juxtaposes gratingly with strident, self-righteous criticism of judicial processes in places like Russia, for instance. I'm sure her hyperliberal Left coterie would say, "Well, she meant well...." So did Heinrich Himmler.

Ahhh the last two were found not guilty by a JUDGE...they were bench trials.........geezzzz get your facts straight. Just amazing you come here and proclaim they are really guilty and everyone else is wrong when you are so ignorant of the basic facts.

like I said, they were not found not guilty by a jury, they were found not guilty by one of the judges, which of course is paid by the same folks as the police are

I'll never forget how much it pained me to watch her press conference announcing the charges. She's getting what she deserves, complete humiliation. Her career should be over, but mark my words, some whacko liberal media outlet, think tank, or social justice org will giver her a living.

 

Marilyn Mosby still has support even though her office has not had one conviction thus far. IMHO she can't drop charges and has to see this through to the end, if only to prove that the justice system is failing the black community. She's a super star to a lot of people:

I am saying their is a definite conflict of interest.... the trial should of been moved to another city and the judge should of recused himself... yes
