Trump MAY compromise to have Mike Huckabee as the rep nominee and the party must pay trump and his family back for all they have lost bringing in so many other voters to the party.... also will require that the wall will get built quickly......Trump will be Huckabees main advisor and will work for a wisdom test for voters.
I'm curious as to where that comes from. While I have heard that there is a movement afoot in the GOP to strip trump of his delegates...I'd be shocked if the delegates went to someone as crazy as Huckabee. I would have thought it would have been Kasich or Cruz...even Ryan
It doesn't make any sense to me at all. I have no idea what Trump has "suffered". He chose this path, so any suffering he might be doing is entirely self inflicted. Yes, there is a move to unbind delegates. I suspect it will fail, although its sponsor thinks he has the votes. But to delegates willing to put up with someone as off the wall and untrustworthy as Trump, Huckabee would seem almost normal. I suspect it will be Gingrich or Christie. Gingrich wants back in the limelight so bad he's practically begging for it. Christie is little better. He knows his career in politics is done anyway,
Huckabee agrees with all of trumps main positions and has worked to bring trump.. even his daughter over ark trump campaign.. Huckabee may be the vest choice to satisfy trump - - - Updated - - - it could be Huckabee and Rubio with trump their main advisor
That's a losing compromise. Huckabee may have been running but he wasn't all that competitive in the GOPer primary. Didn't he poll somewhere around 4%?
They are so worried that Trump will trounce Hillary, yet they don't start many threads about all of her scandals and who might replace her because she's un-electable.
Since hillary has so much proven corruptness and very high unfavorables.....Trump has high unfavorables also and people can see as equal... BUT with Huckabee very low unfavorables and he will push TRUMPS agenda .. he even went with trump to withdraw from a debate to work with trump on the vets issue.. He has said very early he would be trumps vp and vote for him in a heartbeat...... Does trump really want to spend 4-8 years living in the white house when he has interests elsewhere... as long as he can come and go with huckabee and be the main advisor that may be enough for trump.. a long with paying him back for what he has already spent to run. That may be the BIG surprise at the convention..... trump making a big show with being a winner and coming out with huckabee on one side and rubio on the other... they would then be seen as the BIG 3 with huckabee as president and rubio as the VP Rubio will help with the catholic vote and the hispanic vote...and the young vote . huckabee is liked and will help with the womens vote and NOW since all this harm that obama is causing the blacks to get mad and riot and kill... THAT will switch a lot of hispanic votes
