The results were Warsaw, Poland was almost completely destroyed, and 200,000 Polish were killed.

Keep in mind Polish Armia Krajowa smuggled in weapons to the Jews during the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising, and they tried to blow up the walls of the Warsaw Ghetto.

However, Nazi German merely outmuscled Poland.

The reasons are obvious, because Nazi Germany spent much more on their military, they were prepping for war for years, they had a build up in motor vehicles, and tanks from Munich Agreement, when they gained Czech Skoda, and
perhaps the most important, the German - Soviet Credit Agreement, where Soviets supplied Nazi Germany a steady supply of raw materials to fuel their war effort.

Poland would have been a perfect anti-Soviet ally for Nazi Germany.

Especially given the success of Poland during the Polish - Soviet war, with such spectacular triumphs as the Battle of Komarow in 1920, where 1,700 Polish forces beat 17,500 Soviet forces, including their best Soviet division of the 1st Cavalry Division.

If Nazis had not attacked Poland, but instead allied with Poland.

1.) They would not have started WW2. (Since invading Poland which had treaties with Britain, and France, bought it on)

2.) They would have probably won against Soviets, without the Western allies caring.

Sure, there's another user here who's right wing, and blames Poland for the Holocaust, but they're obviously not a neo-Nazi given that information.

 

The position Polish Americans are put into is not a good one.

In urban centers they're subjected to physical abuse from people like Blacks, Hispanics, and Muslims.
- In Hamtranck, Michigan Muslims have boasted about pushing out the Polish.
- In Chicago, I've heard of a Polish Pete Smolak killed by Puerto Ricans.
- In New York, my Polish American uncle, was beaten, up and robbed by Blacks.

This seems to definitely be fairly common.

If Polish move out to the suburbs, which have many German Americans, then we're subjected to verbal abuse.

Why should I like any of the groups I attack?

- To quite a few Blacks, Polish Americans are the White devils, who owe them for slavery.

- To quite a few Jews, Polish are the Holocaust collaborators, who owe them for the Holocaust.

- To quite a few Mexicans, Polish Americans are the Whitey Gringo, who owes them for stealing their land.

- To quite a few Native Americans, Polish Americans are the Whitey, who owes them for stealing their land.

- To quite a few Muslims, Polish are the Whitey Catholic Infidel, who owes them for the Crusades.

- To quite a few Western Europeans, Polish are the Mongol mixed, dumb, prostitute, alcoholic, thieves, who owe Germany for taking their land.

Only if we start eliminating eugenicists. After all a call for the elimination of others different from your self is a failure of your coping strategies and tolerances. Humanity cannot survival without these skills so the least imaginative and simple minded in this area must go first.

 

Maybe the more evolved members of this type of discussion would be more interested in why the differences are important to them as a member of a culture, nation, state, community or other group. What does this difference identification do for you? Keeping in mind the we all like to think of ourselves as rational beings, how do we best serve our own self interest? The use and understanding of math is as rational as we are able to get. So, in our own best interest, what percentage of the worlds population would you choose to be your ally and what percentage your enemy? Thus, anything you say or do that proclaims yourself the enemy or adversary of another is one less ally. Are you as rational as you have told yourself that you are?
