That is false. There have been no known murders by Trump supporters. No arsons by Trump supporters. No one assaulted trying to attend a Clinton rally. No Clinton supporters attacked in their own front yards because they had a Clinton yard sign. No reports of widescale theft of Clinton signs. No Clinton supporters spit on. No reports of vandalism of property by Trump supporters.

 

The words, “Nazi Republicans get out of town or else” were spray painted on the side of an adjacent building. This highly disturbing act goes far beyond vandalizing property; it willfully threatens any community’s safety. Its hateful message undermines decency, respect and integrity in civic participation. Politics used to be the battle of ideas, probable solutions to our problems, of visions where they wanted to take this country. Today politics is all about making the voter, electorate, Americans hate the other guy more than they hate you. Today's politics is all about pitting one group against the other in search for votes. When one is taught to hate in order to garner votes, things like this will happen and it will happen more and more.
