They should burn them in their own houses, using a bunch of gasoline to make sure it works.

If Denmark did that the Muslims would kill them, just saying.

I wonder why you neglected to mention communists, socialists, anarchysts of all stripes who have done at least as much damage and shed at least as much blood as the Nazis did. If the nazis are the exception to the non-violence rule, shouldn't they be and don't you find an awful resemblance between these flag burning scumbags and the murderous uber-leftist organizations that i mentioned?

HQ/HQ company, 1st Bn, 30th Inf .... 3rd Division. Based in Schweinfurt. I had the job of company clerk for the CO.

Believe me, I had plenty of perks too.

I believe it. We used to run laps around the Bn barracks during the morning PT, our Top was the incoming CSM (1/48 Inf 3rd Armored) and he'd threaten them with PT when he assumed the command, while we called cadence, loudly.

Ahh the memories. Although he had just got through with SM school and could do push ups, allll day. :(

Why can't we see the flag burners in the same context as those punks who abuse freedom of assembly at funereals?

I am pleased those who abuse that freedom were handled that easily.

Wonder if we can get those with pickup trucks to block the flag burners?

Now, as I keep saying, it is their flag. And theirs to burn. But for cryin out loud, dispose of that which you hate at your own home.

That Fedex guy is a criminal because he committed aggravated robbery by stealing someone's property, the flag. He should be arrested and fired from his job.

Only liberals are allowed to express hate, and they often do. There's a thing called respect, something many liberals feel only they deserve while not showing it for those they disagree with. And flying a Confederate flag is free expression....or it used to be.

I worked in the same office as the Ist Sgt of HQ/HQ worked and we got along. Fact is, I did not want that job. But his predecessor wanted me but he left not very long later to lord knows where. Ist Sgt. Haluski looked like his name sounds. Husky and an old timer with humor. I was at first assigned to the motor pool to drive officers. He had problems with his then Company Clerk and found out I was a skilled typist. And I had done the lettering on the vehicles and that got me brought in to the orderly room where I revamped all their painted lettering. I was a skilled draftsman and could design.

That did not mean I wanted a job sitting in a chair. I was an outdoors person. Even though I Hated the German super cold winter, and was told that was the most severe winter in many years, I did not think I wanted to do the typing. Well, Top saw me and asked me to peek at the duty board. I thought I was exempt from guard duty and KP having to drive officers. So I took a look and my name was on KP. All during training in CONUS, I had leadership slots by running platoons. I had no KP or guard post duty at all in the Army other than that early morning venture into the Kitchen. I was not there long enough to do any work and there is cheshire grinning Top Haluski asking me if I would enjoy the day off. I listened to his offer. He wanted me as the company clerk. He promised no duty at all. No guard duty or KP or anything else. Turns out he was pretty desperate to get rid of the then company clerk. I had little idea what a company clerk did. But the no other duty was super appealing.

I walked out with him and never was in the kitchen area again.

Turns out what is typed out comes from the Company Commander most of the time and you also had a lot of typing in the form of passes. And of course the duty roster posting men at various things. I had to totally retype virtually all official paperwork. They had neglected it for what looked like a few years. When you see those file cabinets, supposedly all is fine inside. I was shocked it was not all fine. Even the boards the army troops read were not up to date. I got it all fixed and left it in fine shape.

As to the CSM, though I knew him, I was not close at all. I had little to do with him. Before one of the first Sgts left Germany, I was in a shared office with him and my own top. We got to know each other a bit.

It was a pleasure when I got back to CONUS that at Ft. Dix NJ he was made that post CSM and we had a nice visit there. He actually drove me back to the release section of the base and told them there to get me out of there pronto. They ignored him. LOL I realized you do not step on personnel. They took offense to my getting special treatment. They put the kabosh on that.

IN full and fair disclosure though, my last name is close to the end of the alphabet so almost leaving last was how it was supposed to work.

Maybe he's just expressing himself regarding his flag and country.

    That was too funny!

Of course in the fairly recent past all of the black guys would have been lynched. It seems like a fake video since none of the cops were on camera interacting with the black guys. Wouldn't they need they need them for their testimony at any future trial?

That form of expression can come with a law suit and the reduction of duckies from pay..

It has been an interesting experiment with -- so far -- no actual bottom detected to the depth that leftists will descend. It's sort of fascinating to watch.

Maybe it's worth it? Maybe he's seen better men than those firebugs bleed and die defending that flag and country?

I was in the army and it doesn't bother me what someone does with their property, that was most likely made in China...

That could happen yet. Leftist hatred knows no bounds and has no decency in it; but we shall see how this turns out. Almost certainly the company will be forced to fire him simply due to their own company rules of conduct. But that will NOT be a victory for the Left if that happens; and if it does happen then almost certainly he will be offered more jobs than he can deal with by ANGRY Right of Center business people. That would be . . . justice.

Fedex dude is a thief. I don't care how much I respect he's opinion. Snatch my flag or whatever from my hands, and see what happens.
He should be charged with strong arm robbery. No different than grabbing my wife's purse. Why do you support theft.

The argument could be made that extinguishing a burning flag is also a form of free expression.

Maybe that dozen "fighters of facism" should have stopped that...one...guy.

He didn't steal anything, one should always pick up the flag when they see it on the ground..or worse. he saved it as any Patriot would do.

Be that as it may, the fact remains, that was strong arm robbery.
Unless your saying he bought it.

So is protecting it. They even wrote a song about it. You can catch it at the beginning of sporting events.
