Trump has banned immigrants from Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Yemen . According to the (conservative) Cato Institute, not one American has been killed by anyone from any of those 7 countries in at least 40 years. Further evidence that Trump is out of his mind. The explanation will be, "We elected Trump to p**ss off all these imaginary Liberals! Anyone complaining about it is a Liberal and it makes us happy! Umerica!"

It doesn't change a thing - the fact that he has instituted bans against immigrants from 7 countries who have never attacked on US soil shows that none of this is about effectively combating terrorism. Either he has some other agenda, or he is just really really nuts. I'd go with the latter.
So you think they should be allowed to come here? Does it really matter to you where they were killed? I suggest you take a look at the "most dangerous countries in the world" and see how many of those you listed are in the top ten.
