You make a good point when it comes to choosing who stays and most people would agree that he should be low on the list, but shouldn't we be able to make that choice before they get here; not after we find out the hard way if they are good or bad people?

I'm all for stopping the massive inflow of illegal immigrants. Still though, if someone makes it here and builds an honest crime free life for themselves then just leave them alone. Catch them at the border or within a year or two of them arriving. Don't wait until they create a family and build an honest life and then throw them out. That's just heartless and it's against everything this country was founded on.

Are you suggesting that brown people are no longer willing to migrate to America? Because last time I checked (very recently), there was a significant increase in people coming from India and Asia. And they migrate legally. Please explain.

The judge pre-announced decisions and made political statements even before any trial and had private (ex parte) communications with the plaintiff's attorneys. He should have removed from the bench for doing so.
