    It will be difficult for the people who control the government (Repubs) to claim that the people who don't control the government (Dems) are to blame. As you pointed out, this is all going on at the same time that there are huge marches opposing Trump which, while the timing is coincidental, couldn't be worse optics for Trump and his party.
