Trey Gowdy says the FBI failed to provide important information on the FISA warrant application. This denied the FISA Court judge information needed to make an informed decision. If it's a crime, the DOJ will decide. In any event, it makes the warrant worthless.

You are complete wrong. I know of three congressmen that have seen all the underlying source documents for the FISA warrant. They say the memo is accurate. Here is Gowdy explaining why the FISA warrant application was deficient in the information available to the judge.

Well, I am going to give the judge the benefit of the doubt and assume that if he saw fit to grant a warrant, he saw probable cause in the evidence. I don't attack judges and call them corrupt because they make a decision I don't agree with. So unless you have evidence that the judge was either corrupt, or that the FBI was knowingly using false evidence to get the warrant, I am going to side with them.

 

Yes, he did. Nunes wrote the memo and based it on files from the FBI. Many sources say Nunes also knowingly and purposely left several items out of the memo, in order to present several details out of context.

The Nunes memo was step one in a process of memo's and leaks and allegations and other salacious gossip and actions that will end with the decimation of the Democrat Party and their fake news bum kissers next November.
