People will either look back on the trump years with disbelief or as the beginning of the end

Would Trump even be under investigation had he not been elected???

Hillary is merely a defensive deflection. . . . Why is this necessary, since she is not President and does not constitute a threat???. . . . Hmmm. . . . Well, that distraction is preferable to a war; I hope that he doesn't feel THAT threatened.

His past history certainly reveals that he considers himself above the law, and he obviously knows how to fight dirty. He is "king of the swamp".

What high ranking federal official that commits a serious crime should not be prosecuted?

Donald Trump should not be prosecuted? According to who?... certainly not those on the left?
Nor can I tell where you are coming from?
Seems to me the left thinks Trump should be prosecuted, pilloried and impeached for sexual misgivings as private citizens and lies that do not amount to anything of substance. Ho hum compared to the sickness and corruption on the left. And the left also thinks some other high ranking govt officials should be prosecuted if they are guilty of felonies or perjury, etc., including those at the DOJ, FBI, congress, etc. But then when it comes to Hillary they say "oh that's in the past and what does it matter she is not our president."
I do not get their duplicitous positions, hypocrisy, and how they can live with themselves.

That was facetious sarcasm directed at those who believe that no charges or investigations should cloud Trump's presidency, regardless of reasonable suspicion or undeniable proof of guilt. . . . I personally am hopeful that Trump avoids prosecution, as that will forever tarnish the office of the presidency.

I adamantly believe, however, that Trump does not possess the ethical and emotional qualifications required to fulfill the obligations of his office, and he should not be trusted with that level of authority.

Best case scenario. . . . Willful resignation.

As far as those clamoring for Hillary's prosecution, that is wishful retribution seeking a crime. THAT is a "witch hunt".

. To dismiss the scholarly historian/writer/educator as a mere RW hack, no better than a Chris Mathews or a Michael Moore, shows the shallowness of your thinking. The only thing you proved was you are either an immature sore election loser, or you dwell comfortably in the LW fever swamps. Which is it?

Nobody knows if Trump should be prosecuted, we'll find out soon enough. It's really quite simple, nobody in America is above the law. Hillary? Good god haven't you had enough? She spent hours upon hours in front in a dozen committees and Ken Star blow ninety million bucks on William. We just want her to go away. Far away, normal people don't even want to hear her name. I, personally wish she would shut up but evidently that an impossibility for her. In that, Hillary, and Donald are cut from the same cloth. I care more about a pothole on an abandoned street in Florida than Hillary. If she writes another book I will die of terminal barfing.

Good answer. You chose: I am an immature sore election loser. Figures. And while you were low brow enough to make fun of a typo I made, I in turn won't even ask WTF "realky" means. #LiberalismIsAMentalDisease.

"Next" implies that you somehow won the discussion and it's time to move on. :roflol::roflol::roflol:

Engaging you in this discussion would be like conversing with a rock. Please tell your mom that I don't have time to babysit you.

Yeah, maybe as a general rule.
But as long as the whole political / media complex obsesses over Trump's every dalliance or unguarded word in his private life then I demand justice on far more grave matters of national importance. The crimes and subterfuge of the secretary of state is nothing to call a matter of the past just because it was Hillary. I want to know the Uranium One deal with the Russians totally investigated and players indicted along with how or why the Clinton Foundation pocketed 150 million over this. I could go on but the real paramount crime is the alarming hypocrisy the left has gotten away with scandal after scandal. No one is convicted and the media is quick to bury it. The Wasserman-Schultz / DNC / Pakistani I.T. hire is a major act of treason and betrayal. That has gone nowhere. The IRS admitted its crimes and destruction of subpoenaed evidence (5 hard drives that unfortunately crashed) and no is convicted. Something far more grave and sinister is in our politics and justice system. Hillary is deep into this. We disagree.
