    Jim Acosta is a reporter. Alex Jones is an entertainer.

    Placing Jones in a White House press conference would be the equivalent of placing a pornographic video actress there.

    The Trump cult seems to be very pissy about Acosta, but he is the Chief White House correspondent of a news network and has a history of aggressive questioning. His accusatory candor when he confronted Raúl Castro on Cuba's human rights record in 2016 was the first instance of his thusly speaking truth to power that I recall.

    In that role, he upsets some people.

    Alex Jones is a media entertainer who provides conspiracy theories and fake news. His attorney has explained that "he's playing a character" and described him a "performance artist," not a reporter or journalist. In that regard, he is a gassy version of a professional wrestler playing a colorful character.

    I didn't mean to suggest that having someone willing to spank Trump with a rolled-up copy of Forbes at press conferences every time he lies would be a good thing. It would only encourage him.

    He’s getting more attention than he deserves

    The press conference was televised and we saw him make an ass of himself

    But since a quack judge inserted himself in the picture I think the best policy is to totally ignore acosta and never give him the floor again

    I agree. Trump's petty eagerness to throw a tantrump about Acosta focuses undo attention on the correspondent that he appears to enjoy.

    Trump's calling on him when there was no need to do so and then throwing a nutty was obviously a set-up that backfired.

    Trump has every right to be offended by acosta

    So am I

    But since another federal judge overstepped his authority and reinserted acosta I hope that he will be treated as I suggested

    After a few months CNN will pull him off the white house assignment themselves

    I have to think that CNN and the rest of the Fake News media will rue the day the judge made his ruling.

    There are dozen's of ways Trump can make CNN wish they'd never made that mistake.

    Alex Jones will be the best thing for a WH press briefing. It would be entertaining to watch. Since the left cries for free speech for Acosta of being censored then that goes the same with Alex Jones. Well, after all Alex Jones got censored by Facebook, Youtube, Twitter.

    You mean do to Acosta and CNN what Obama did to Fox News?

    Great idea. Never pick Acosta to ask another question. And now, with rules in place that the Judge suggested, Acosta's childish behavior might just result in the ban he deserves.

    Former Obama Fluffer is famous for claiming that Trump calls "The Free Press" or "The Press" the enemy of the people... That's a lie. Trump calls Fake News the enemy of the people.
