Why cant trump deport her?


It's a simple question

 

DACA was found to be Unconstitutional. SCOTUS wouldn't take it up. So she is an Illegal in the Country. Only thing I can see is the Courts giving a time limit or the Demos giving her a workers VISA.

 

Only thing I can see is if the Court gave a timeline for DACA people to be deported, or the Demos got her a workers Visa.

Either way she is still an Illegal in the Country. That which you denied.

 

Both cases make her not here illegally. I would imagine measures have been taken to get her righted on paper if she's going to work in the position she has though. Sanders is a smart man, he knows better.

 

I didn't see anything from the Court of Appeals that gave them a timeline to get right or be deported.

So she is an Illegal whos time is running out. She has 363 days. If I was Trump.....I would send ICE to deport her once her time is up. Just to **** with Bernie and the Demos. Since Congress wont get anything done by the 2020 election.
