His first responsibility is the same as that of any other human being: to not to infect and kill innocent people.

But being Trump, who couldn't care less about other people, if he hadn't tested positive most likely he would have fabricated some "exception" for himself.

 

I have years of unemployment built up. But frankly, I'd be fine with an unpaid vacation. We've been too busy for too long.

 

Trump is a germophobe. He never liked being physically close to people, except family, even before the pandemic.

Thats not how unemployment works.
Its insurance you pay for..Its your money, the same way if you wreak your car the payout is yours..Just because you pay the company for 15 years before you wreak your car doesent mean you get all your money back.

For 4 months you had the chance to get $1k a week, without a work search requirement. Its back down to 350 a week like regular, with the work search requirement. You have to look for work again, unlike before, and unlike before you have to update weekly your work search.
It gonna be just like work but for less money...not worth it if you make more then $10 an hour now.

So just take a vacation with pay

1. Emphasize that the POTUS and FLOTUS are in significant danger, accompanied by frequent media updates and coverage, thus likely engendering unwanted sympathy and humanizing coverage of Trump close to the election? BTW this is also newsworthy enough to make advertisers happy and deflect from media DISASTERS like dishonest RIOT coverage.

2. Mostly ignore coverage of Trump's COVID thus revealing COVID as the political hoax it has always been?

If they can't manage the above dilemma, what "LOOK A SQUIRREL!" will they pivot to? The "disavow white supremacy for the Nth time" didn't work, actually backfiring, other "news" in the cycle is long in the tooth.

SO will they give sympathetic coverage of Trump's COVID maybe breathing some life into the ruse? Will they risk engendering sympathy while showing COVID fakery? Will they fabricate a deflection?
