    Racecar driver Brandon Brown, who played an inadvertent role in the creation of the anti-Joe Biden chant, “Let’s Go Brandon,” has picked up the most appropriate possible sponsor for his car in these stupid times we live in: a “Let’s Go Brandon”-inspired cryptocurrency.

    ...A press release announcing the partnership with Brown claimed LGBCoin had “achieved a market capitalization of more than $300 million in less than six months.” It added that the purpose of the coin is to “inspire positivity and unity, grounded in a strong belief of the American dream”.

    Good on Brandon to capitalize on the phrase first coined by a leftist reporter.

    Joe Biden announced last week that he agreed with the phrase that is sweeping the nation.

    LGBCoin will make a fine sponsor.

    NASCAR better tread carefully.

    Frankly Brandon has been the victim here.

    He didn't coin the phrase or condone it.

    Lefties tried to prevent him from getting sponsors.

    He finally gets a sponsor and again team woke is trying to prevent it.

    Not like they used to. Post Winston Cup NASCAR has been pretty terrible. Most die-hards will argue that around 2006-2007 was the end of the good days. Nothing lasts forever.
    Wrestling was once widely popular and it’s now terrible too. Sports, as a whole are losing traction.

    I miss racing to the caution. The playoff points format made Nascar become a joke. Do they still do that lame points system?

    Yes, and it’s trash. NASCAR is dead to me and I followed it religiously back in the 90s and early 00s. They won’t be able to attract new fans anymore as far as I can see. Kids nowadays aren’t into cars and all that. They can’t even drop a cell phone for 10 minutes. They sure as hell aren’t going to watch cars run circles around a track for 3 hours.

    Especially, since the LGB Crypto is a Useless Stunt...

    On the bright side, my post was an excuse to insult the intelligence of the forum with (yet another) sophomoric meme.:bored:

    I would be really surprised if that sponsorship stood.
    It appears way too overtly political.

    Even though, it clearly panders to NASCAR'S Core Demographic.

    @ImNotOliver it is a interesting observation to watch what originally contained fairly independent fact based discussion into a hyper partisan one that promotes lies and trolling. I sometimes wonder if this is being purposely done or if personal bias has obscured what the eventual outcome.

    It really is a shame but should show each of us what this off brand branch of neo-conservatism brings.

    Thankfully there are many alternatives.
