Russia is winning despite the 100 plus billions and military hardware billions been sent to Ukraine the last 1 1/2 years to prolong the agony of a nation being used as Cannon fodder in the West disastrous PROXY war against Russia which is slowly bleeding Europe/America and NATO dry

Looks like you got some wires crossed YM .. in order to be Propaganda .. it must contain a lie / falsehood. The above from some link is 100% true .. regardless of where it came from .. it is not Propaganda. Your claim to the contrary however .. is propaganda .. so where ever you found that pablum .. find a better source. .. Russia is winning .. and in fact has pretty much already won the war not much more blood to be pulled out of the US-NATO stone ..

Far to easy - like trained sheep at this point .. the number far to high .. and the trend seeming to get worse.. near all of congress in neocon lock step .. dragging the nation through the gutter .. bleeding the treasury dry .. for the sake of the Neocon High .. to funnel money to the MIC donor class ..

    ...yeah....unfortunately quite likely.....
...not really....the blocs they're getting are pretty crusty bits of kit now but when fighting as part of a package are still pretty potent....

Kudo's for some semblance of seriousness .. the Azov cheer team been quite tragic in that department of late. F-16s are about as potent as the missiles they manage to fire prior to being shot down .. which is not many .. but .. potent while they last which is not long.

and unfortunately .. those crusty bits of metal are indeed a symbolic representation of US Power in days gone by .. fondly remembered . .but no longer in place. That is the crash and burn part ... as technology spreads .. the cost of projecting power increases .. to the point where the return on investment is so negative that it bankrupts the empire trying to maintain hegemony ..

maybe...sort of....but it's more a question of software and how countries implement the upgrades to it...for example the colossal amount of EW is causing major concerns for both sides with the counter being software upgrades; tuning your systems to counter the counter and so on ad nausem....the issue is the rigidity of software once a system is put into the field...in an active EM environment systems get countered pretty quickly therefore dynamic software upgrades are needed. Unfortunately that's not really possible with the certain proprietary items so one has to look at changing the whole ethos of how/when through what medium they are delivered.

Buddy, Ukraine had no plan to join NATO when Russia first attacked and NATO had no plans to allow them in. Plus, until Russia invaded, Ukraine's Constitution specifically stated this. It was only changed after Russia invaded. Putin, meanwhile, has openly stated that he never recognized the sovereignty of Ukraine, never accepted it as a separate country from Russia, and has also been open about wanting to expand Russia's territory to where it was under the USSR. Not only have you fallen for propaganda, but the dumbest propaganda possible. Almost as dumb as pretending NATO is a threat to Russia. The only threat NATO poses to Russia is to Russian expansion.

I have posted objective facts that debunk the Kremlin propaganda. But, hey, you make it clear you are not hear to learn anything that challenges emperor Putin.

Utterly false as it was proposed nearly 20 years ago.

2008 – NATO leaders announced plans to bring Ukraine and Georgia, also on Russia’s borders, into NATO.

hmmm . Electronic warfare is certainly part of the equation .. especially now that Drones are part of the equation .. and each of these is evolving rapidly.. advances in missile technology are as big if not bigger factor .. and proliferation of this tech down the the 2cnd Tier nations.

The face of war has changed .. and everyone is caught off guard .. having to revamp defense and attack thinking and weapons .. Ukraine has been a a testing ground for the state of technology .. and overnight .. every nation in the world has increased its military spending .. particularly in a few niche sectors.

When the wall fell .. cold war ended Russia was an economic mess .. knew it could not match the US plane for plane .. ship for ship .. and so they focused what they had on niche technologies such as missiles, electronic warfare and submarines. The idea being that you can build a whole lot of anti-ship missiles - at a price of 1 million a pop .. for the cost of a 13 Billion Dollar Aircraft Carrier .. and how much more for the rest of the group and the associated annual Operation Cost.. Russia today has one aircraft carrier .. and we are not sure whether that one is working most days .. and when does work .. is old and does not work that well. US .. what .. 18 if you include the mini-carriers .. every one ridiculously obsolete in the face of modern missile technology.. something I have been preaching for well over a decade on here .. and for a decade prior to that ..

I have given many lectures about Russia's anti ship missile tech over the years... and wont re-hash.. other than to say India joined prior to 2000 and China Shortly after that .. the consortia working together on the tech ever since. .. Now however, Iran can take out a Carrier .. or any other ship .. and certainly one that might venture into the Straits Hormuz .. along with numerous other medium sized nations .. any with the cash to buy the stuff which is now available.

The same is true for these fancy and expensive planes .. ground support is out of the question .. leave your helicopters at home . doesn't matter if it is an F-35 or an F-14 .. if you can see it .. you can shoot it down with portable man-pads .. never mind a proper layered air defense.

Not nearly as realistic as you apparently think. A real scientist would know better.

A blistering falsehood !? -- but .. carry on with the point you wanted to make in relation to the topic. You were going inundate us with your knowledge of modern warfare .. and explain how aircraft carriers are obsolete in the face of modern missile technology ! .. Especially the USS Rotten Ronnie ..

    aa

In the last few decades U.S. carriers have survived (and recovered) from the accidental detonations on their decks of dozens of missiles and bombs equivalent to a dozen or more antiship missiles and returned to service in relatively short order.

....errmmmm.....look I hear what you're thinking.......I would only nuance those thoughts on the defense sector in Russia as being that of a clash of expectation over delivery. Imagine what Russia could have.....think about the amount of money that has been budgeted to MOD over the past 20 years....Imagine the level of equipment Russia could have had if only Shoigu and the MOD associated crime syndicates hadn't absorbed 66% of the MOD budget over the past 20 years. This is fundamentally why Russia is where it is now in Ukraine....the optics being basically two floundering punch drunk thugs hammering away at each other and getting nowhere fast.
    Anyway cheers mate
    Take care

And each one of those bangs cost the US taxpayer $1.3 to $1.7 million each. You could build a lot of schools for that sort of money.
