If I were to do that I’m sure the doctor could find physical evidence of your pain just as they could find physical evidence of your true gender.

You know what supportive would be? Supportive would be telling the juvenile to go to a doctor and see what kind of physical evidence points to their gender. Do a test and show this person what the difference is between science and make believe.

Now I will admit, I have gone in a single occupancy women's restroom before because I was about to s*** my britches and I wasn't going to sit there waiting on that guy to come out and s*** my pants. Lol

Not the real ones who are not afraid to tell the truth. I'm sure there were scientists back in the day that agreed that the Earth was flat.

It really is common sense biology. I don't give a damn what they say, gender is not some spectrum based on your mental state.... Your gender and your genitals are one and the same.

No, I would not appoint myself guardian of the door and I doubt that was the trigger for this incident.

And you would have been one of the scientists saying that the earth is flat despite the evidence presented to you.

Shame on me for being a logical person that realizes that a penis is between a man's legs.

You got to go you got to go! People would probably look at me more funny if I was walking around with britches full of s*** and stinking.... Then they would if they saw me duck off in a woman's room.

Dropping their pants clears up most of the close cases. No medical equipment required.

The last thing they want to talk about is actual physical biology which is a real branch of hard science. They want to talk pseudoscience psychobabble.

Not sure that's true, as doctors are the reason UK and other countries have started to ban child mutilation based on their studies and opinions. Regardless, the person had no right to confront your family member and the litigation on how we deal with this is separate from implementation of policies.

Anybody who chooses a gender identity at odds with their actual gender has chosen to be bullied and considered looney tunes If your nephew can't stand the heat he should reconsider his choice.

Do you have to have an XX who won, or will you acknowledge those XX persons who up there among the males? But let's start with these:

But for competition, let's go here:

Broke the MEN'S record! And if you listen, you will hear that the man DROPPED down a class just to break the record, and she did better than him! But let's look at the records, shall we?
    123 Class Squat (Full Power)
    1 Marianna Gasparyan 573.2 2019-04-27 WRPF
    2 Stefanie Cohen 507 2019-04-27 WRPF
    3 Vanessa Torres 500 2020-03-07 XPC

    123 Class Squat (Full Power)
    1 Andrzej Stanaszek 644.8 2003-03-22 BVDK
    2 Michael Booker #1 551.1 2002-03-09 AAU
    3 Precious McKenzie 512.5 1980-11-07 IPF

Marianna wasn't absolute top, but she beat out the #2 and #3 men for that class.

    132 Class Squat (Full Power)
    1 Marianna Gasparyan 562.1 2018-05-26 USPA
    2 Laura Tedeschi 518.1 2022-09-11 WRPF-AUS
    3 Jessica Hause 510 2019-10-26 SPF

    132 Class Squat (Full Power)
    1 Jeremy Smith #1 635 2021-09-18 SPF
    2 Aleksey Nikulin #1 595.2 2021-06-19 RPU
    3 Brandon Smitley 567.7 2016-11-07 WPC

Didn't beat any of the men here, but if you are considering the top 3 men of the class as equal competitors, then there is no doubt that she is an equal competitor with them.

    Total Stats:

    123 Class
    1 Marianna Gasparyan 1350.3 2019-04-27 WRPF
    2 Stefanie Cohen 1278.6 2019-04-27 WRPF
    3 Angelina Bennett 1168.4 2023-10-28 WRPF

    123 Class
    1 Precious McKenzie 1344.8 1979-11-02 IPF
    2 Andrzej Stanaszek 1322.7 2003-03-22 BVDK
    3 Brian Pham 1284.2 2019-08-10 USPA

Outright beat all three top men's records! And no man has managed to beat the top record since 1979!

    132 Class
    1 Marianna Gasparyan 1300.7 2018-05-26 USPA
    2 Brittany Bowles 1273.1 2023-10-28 WRPF
    3 Stefanie Cohen 1240.1 2019-03-15 ProRaw

    132 Class
    1 Sergey Fedosienko 1478.2 2020-03-18 FPR
    2 Richard Hawthorne 1471.6 2013-08-10 CAPO
    3 Aleksey Nikulin #1 1433 2021-06-19 RPU

Didn't quite get there in this class, but this supports my assertion that we can set up men and women into divisions where they compete on equal footing. When placed in the 123 Class, This woman is on par with the men of that same class. And if you look further, you'll see that Stefanie Cohen was not much off from Brian Pham for totals in the 123 Class, so yeah, equal level competition.

    Finally I present this:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZFovXyEchrs&ab_channel=GiantsLiveSTRONGMAN
I will admit that the title is misleading, slightly, but I didn't write it. Also, don't know why it didn't translate the same as the other videos. If you move up to time index 2:50, you will see the overall scores. As you can see Gabi Dixon and Rebecca Roberts are right on par with Kevin Faires, Martians Licis, and Gavin Bilton.

Which only enforces my point about ability based divisions instead of sex based divisions.

So exactly what is supposed to be the advantage that men have here that women aren't able to overcome?

Really? Have men who entered into beauty contests always or mostly been the winner? And is there even a significant number of male entries into those contest to track a trend? I mean if only one did and won, yeah you have a 100% win record, but that doesn't show that any future male entering would win. What are the numbers of entries and how many have actually won? Let's include place and show, so to speak, with those stats.

missing the point. those who claim XYs ought to be able to compete in XX events don't give a damn about the integrity of athletic competition or sport. They want to force "acceptance" of trans individuals by bastardizing athletic competition. And yes, some women will beat men. Serena williams will beat lots of men who play tennis. However, she wouldn't beat the boy who played number one at one of my son's HS-a boy who was the consensus collegiate player of the year. Ranked 600 or so, he could beat any woman who ever lived but then again, at 19 he had a serve that would reach 140 MPH. I was an OK varsity squash player on one of the best two teams in the country. There were 7 guys on the team clearly better than me and another 2-4 who were even. I could beat the best woman in the country. I was a division II level 800 M runner until I got hit with mono and double pneumonia my senior year in HS. my 1.58 time was faster than any woman in Ohio HS history at the time. I was ranked about 18th in the state among boys. The fact is, even hormones will not change some of the huge advantages a male athlete has over women in sports that require upper body strength of sprint level speed.

Given what we are seeing with the brain structure of many transgenders, it is looking more and more like biological.

Given how long we have had transgenders in the world, long before this "bandwagoning", it's not the bandwagoning.

Oh hey, let's just look at a portion of the transgender community, and claim them to be the whole of it, and blame it on their status. Misdirection failure.

If it is a single occupancy restroom... Why give it a gender designation? Why not just say it's a restroom? I don't get it.

PS - Sorry to hear what your niece have been put through.
