That is not going to happen just because Trump gets into office. That is not how amendments work. It takes 2/3rds of Congress AND the States to put in a new amendment.

Now, a bill or law may be possible. But they would need at least 60 votes in the Senate to accomplish it. Not likely going to happen. The last time the Senate had that kind of majority was when Obama was in office. And it doesn't happen very often.

 

Trump is ahead in every single swing state, many by more than the margin of error. It's not a question of "if" he wins anymore and the reason for that is Americans prefer Trump over Biden and know not to listen to any of the left's BS. Things continue to get worse for the average American and they know who to blame and it's not Trump.

A number of dictators in history achieved their power democratically and exploited the weaknesses of democracy to acquire total power. Mussolini, Hitler, Chavez, Maduro, to name a few. We survived it for four years under Trump, but Trump was a novice. this time he knows what he can do to fortify his power. To wit:

1. Firing everyone in government, and replace with sycophants, only those who believe 'democrats stole the election in 2020
2. 'Wants' to be dictator 'only for day one'.
Translation, "wants to be dictator'.
3. He fawns over dictators, praises them, and criticizes all the democracy loving leaders.
4. January 6 was a practice run.

The only one I have found so far is this one: It appears to have been killed by democrats.

Abortions should never be banned. That would take rights away. Abortions should be discouraged but making it illegal and risk prison would be wrong, that's how I see it. If a woman wants an abortion, there is nothing wrong with it.
