Paying a lawyer does not make it a legal fee.

 

But is wasn't legal fees, it WAS reimbursement for paying off his whore to keep her mouth shut.

Womanizing aside, NDA agreements are legal fees. The person who put it in the ledger said he did it on his own volition and their accounting software was dated. He selected an expense type that made the most sense... It wasn't dining & entertainment, utilities, rent, etc. It was the cost of engaging in a legal contract as well as his attorney's time. That is a "legal expense."
