Now compare that number to the number of mass shootings in any other 1st world country. Any other.

Nope if I took an action purposely and it caused your death I am responsible. If I did something that could result in your death even though it was not my intent I would be responsible. If I did something negligently and it caused your death I woukd be responsible.

I don't agree. I think that both are vital and so does the Constitution. With that said, printing, and 24-7-365 media coverage, of mass shootings is not vital to freedom. I see that you also choose what freedom you think you can pick and choose for others to lose. That's sad.
