They don't hammer at the system from without, they go in deep. They don't break the law in order to subvert it, they manipulate the law to suit their purpose. Just as the SCOTUS did when they overturned Roe, which had been established constitutional law for decades. I could site other examples, but I'm sure that you get my meaning.

Georgia appeals court agrees to review ruling allowing Fani Willis to stay on Trump election case

ATLANTA (AP) — A Georgia appeals court on Wednesday agreed to review a lower court ruling allowing Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis to continue to prosecute the election interference case she brought against former President Donald Trump.

Trump and some other defendants in the case had tried to get Willis and her office removed from the case, saying her romantic relationship with special prosecutor Nathan Wade created a conflict of interest. Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee in March found that no conflict of interest existed that should force Willis off the case, but he granted a request from Trump and the other defendants to seek an appeal of his ruling from the Georgia Court of Appeals.

That intermediate appeals court agreed on Wednesday to take up the case. Once it rules, the losing side could ask the Georgia Supreme Court to consider an appeal.

The appeals court’s decision to consider the case seems likely to cause a delay in a case and further reduce the possibility that it will get to trial before the November general election, when Trump is expected to be the Republican nominee for president.

Just like the immunity case, a court controlled by Repubs has aided and abetted Trump's goal.

Judge Cannon indefinitely postpones Trump’s classified docs trial

The judge presiding over Donald Trump’s criminal case in Florida — on charges that he hoarded classified secrets at his Mar-a-Lago estate after his presidency — has indefinitely postponed the trial, once scheduled for May 20.

The date had been widely expected to move amid a tangle of pretrial conflicts between special counsel Jack Smith and Trump’s attorneys. Smith had urged Judge Aileen Cannon to reschedule the trial to begin on July 8, but an order from the judge on Tuesday afternoon suggested that she is unlikely to even decide on a new trial date before late July.

Further evidence she should have been honest enough to recuse herself from a case she clearly can not be impartial presiding over.

She's actually figured out quite well how to stay in charge and also please Trump (maybe with help, she's met with the Trump team without the DOJ being present) stalling the trial into the future AKA indefinitely. Make no rulings on motions and hold hearing but never make any rulings after. Hence no rulings to be appealed and she totally controls her court timing docket. It's an obvious game and there is no way this is due to lack of judicial experience.
