The anti-Trumpers are perfectly fine with this.

They hate Trump so much that they want all the rules thrown out the window, just to get Trump.

I'm honestly tired of doing homework for others at this point, but she didn't even understand standards of evidence.

Yep... get Trump labeled with the word "convicted" that the left will spew out of their mouth as the first word before "trump" in any argument or discussion...

I bet she understands false evidence, planted evidence and evidence tampering.

See this photograph? Yeah, the FBI planted those top secret folders... 1bf84586-f1e0-44bf-a8df-965e7f38aeb2-1052x615.jpeg

They aren't "planted." They are just spread out. In a way the FBI always does it. Not even Trump denies he had those documents. He ADMITS he had the documents and is DEMANDING THEM BACK. Please stop falling for the dumbest bullshit imaginable. She hasn't said jack **** about this supposedly being "planted evidence." That's just something dumbshit conspiracy idiots have said and you have blindly copy/pasted without question.

Wrong. They were planted. The FBI brought those top secret folders with them, planted them, photographed them, released the photo to the world and used the photo as evidence in court.

Evidence tampering is a felony. It comes with a 20 year stretch in the jug. But, it doesn't end there. There are other laws being violated: violating civil rights, perjury, defrauding The United States, deprivation of rights under color of law. Stack all those together and you could be looking at life in prison for everyone involved.

The laundry list of crimes aside, the prosecutor lied to the court. That's big. Even bigger than that, they lied to the 11th circuit. That's bigger. Try getting any of Cannon's decisions overturned, now!...lol

    Nobody's above the law. Right??

The folders were planted. That's illegal. The photo was designed to prejudice the jury and the grand jury. That's jury tampering. That's illegal, too.

Of course they do, now that the story has broken. They may have already known about it, but didn't have enough proof. That all changed.

And the day you have evidence is the day that will be relevant. Where's the evidence they were planted?

Jay Bratt, a member of the prosecution team, admitted it...

Here is Bratt’s new version of the story, where he finally admits a critical detail that he failed to disclose in his August 2022 filing:

“[If] the investigative team found a document with classification markings, it removed the document, segregated it, and replaced it with a placeholder sheet. The investigative team used classified cover sheets for that purpose.”

But before the official cover sheets were used as placeholder, agents apparently used them as props. FBI agents took it upon themselves to paperclip the sheets to documents—something evident given the uniform nature of how each cover sheet is clipped to each file in the photo—laid them on the floor, and snapped a picture for political posterity

Prior to that, however, he lied to the 11th Circuit as to the origin of the folders/cover sheets...

Jay Bratt, who was the lead DOJ prosecutor on the investigation at the time and now is assigned to Smith’s team, described the photo this way in his August 30, 2022 response to Trump’s special master lawsuit:

“[Thirteen] boxes or containers contained documents with classification markings, and in all, over one hundred unique documents with classification markings…were seized. Certain of the documents had colored cover sheets indicating their classification status. (Emphasis added.) See, e.g., Attachment F (redacted FBI photograph of certain documents and classified cover sheets recovered from a container in the ‘45 office’).”

Feel free to provide credible evidence that this story isn't true.

Pro tip: quoting the FBI saying "it's not true" ain't good enough.

If you quote Trump or his legal team saying that Trump was not, in fact, in possession of those documents, I will engage. Until then, wake up.

I don't think that means burned up, just delayed an unknown amount. However, in practical terms, if Trump is elected, I think he'd be able to get rid of it and get away with the crimes he is probably guilty of.

I'm honestly not sure if Cannon is acting appropriately or not. Likely she could have done better, but such cases can indeed be complicated. It would be nice if voters can know if Trump is a criminal before the election, but that goal does not override a fair trial.
