It's obviously falsifying evidence, planting evidence, evidence tampering; call it what you will. It's a crime, no matter what you call it. It's definitely grounds for dismissal.

You said the case should be expedited. That would violate Trump's rights.

Probably not, or else Cannon would have done it in a heartbeat, lol.

No, I said it should be expedited if it can be done while still having fair trials. That is the definition of NOT violating rights, while also acknowledging there are lesser considerations such as voters knowing who they are voting for.

Please.....it's unproven nonsense and the fake news that Cannon's diddling has allowed to fill the void. It's total fake news, you need to stop flogging nonsense without any judicial scrutiny.

Until it's debunked, it's proven fact.

No, we want proper due process without conflicted prosecutors who set up an arrangement to personally benefit from the prosecution and violate laws in the process. It's sad that some people here disagree.

No.I want FJB imperiled with prison and being stripped of all his assets for the rest of his natural life.

LIKE SHE URGE WADE: FASTER, PLEASE: Georgia Appeals Court Takes Up Trump’s Challenge Against Fani Willis.

The evidence that she is a lying piece of crap and that she lied under oath to the court 'is quite extraordinary. Willis claimed under oath that she and Wade were "professional associates and friends since 2019," but had not yet been' humping each other 'when she appointed him as special prosecutor in the case against Trump in November 2021. Wade similarly testified that' they didn't start screwing each other until 'after his appointment.'

But Willis' employee and "good friend" testified under oath 'that there is “no doubt” that Willis and Wade were' screwing each other 'from 2019 through at least 2022 when she and Willis last spoke, and cellphone location data contradicts Willis's and Wade's testimonies. Based on cellphone location data, Wade made at least 35 visits to Willis's neighborhood before Willis had hired Wade, and several of those visits were overnight visits.'

She also overpaid him, which she claims was not because he was humping her on a regular basis, but many suspect that a careful review of the billing records and their cell phone data would reveal that she was billing the GA taxpayer for the time he was screwing her.

She overpaid him and then he paid for their sex vacations to exotic locations. She claims she paid him back with untraceable campaign cash, which she didn't report as campaign expenditures.

For extra credit, remind us again what Fat Sweaty Corrupt Bragg and the Crooked Merchan are trying Trump for in NY in a rigged trial.

No you don't! You want a corrupt criminal who has already been convicted for nine crimes and who has 88 pending indictments to go free without even a trial. You are not fooling anybody.

So don't come later complaining about corruption in politics because YOU are fomenting corruption to go,,, not just unpunished... but not even presented to a jury of peers!

You will now deny this, but it's clear as day to anybody who is not part of a political cult.

But allow me to make the prediction that if this criminal goes unpunished, what you see in College Campuses today will seem like a Sunday picnic in comparison. The number of people who won't stand for it will far exceed all the students in all the campuses in this nation.

This is funny. The appellate court took this appeal because the County judge said Fani's office had a conflict when prosecuting a defendant. You're upset they're taking the case because you're opposing due process in this case for obvious reasons. And rather than face that reality, you're projecting by questioning other people's motives who merely want the appellate court to make a determination on this case where it has already been adjudicated that the prosecution team has "an odor of mendacity" that required the lead prosecutor to resign in shame and disgrace after admitting to perjury on the stand.

Besides the point... Any American who is more concerned about corruption in politics than about making somebody who is already a convicted criminal President would want to see this cleared in our judicial system, in the same way that ANY allegations for which there is some substantial evidence is resolved.

Technicalities are for the technicians in the judicial power. YOU are rooting for convicted criminal to go free without him even going on trial where it MUST be proven that he's a criminal.

Investigated? There is no reason for the delay on Cannon's or the SC's part in making what should be expedited decisions given the importance of the matters before them. There was no reason, for example, for the SC to take two weeks to make the astounding decision to take the immunity case only to schedule a hearing until the latest possible date other than to facilitate Trump's desire to delay the case. Cannon has been putting off making decisions on the various motions before her after having had two decisions in Trump's favor overruled. The commentary from the appellate court having excoriated her for not following the black letter law in her rulings.

There is a term MAGAist's have begun throwing around to falsely accuse the process of the legal system dealing with Trump's alleged crimes. Lawfare. Never was a word so inappropriately applied. The term I'd use for what MAGAist courts are doing is obstruction of justice.

It may seem obvious, but all serious charges with potentially serious consequences need investigation. I would think if democrats control congress and/or the presidency after this election, investigations could occur.

But they are doing a great job of making themselves look like the corrupt and vindictive idiots hijacking the system that they are.

You just proved my point about being against due process. Everyone is entitled to the protections of the Constitution, even the people you don't want elected.

Due process means a criminal is indicted, goes to trial, and if found guilty goes to prison. If a single juror is not convinced beyond a shadow of a doubt, he goes free. What MAGAs in this thread are rooting for is NOT due process. It's that Trump walks!

There is no process, due or otherwise, if there isn't a trial. So you won't know if you're electing a corrupt criminal or not. People who are part of a political cult don't care. They don't care about due process. The only thing that matters to them is that their "deity" walks without a trial!

What it means, is that the laws that govern the conduct of a criminal trial and the laws that protect the defendants rights are followed to the letter. That isn't happening in Trump's trials.
