We call that a red herring. Trump isn't a pedophile or murderer. He is not in jail. He has been gagged while nobody else around the trial has been gagged. And, interestingly, the gag order involves silence about things not related to what is happening in the court room. It is unconstitutional. You will learn that from the appellate court in the unlikely event Trump is convicted.

How does it do that? They wrote a check to a lawyer. It was a legal expense, likely to re-imburse the lawyer for payments he made to people who agreed to an NDA. The cheques were physically Fedex-ed to the WH with the invoices attached, were reviewed and signed by him and Fedex-ed back to the Trump Org. Any missing cheques were followed up by the bookeeper. All per today's testimony.
