8 years of Bill Clinton, debt grew to 57% of GDP. Not a large increase.

8 years of George W Bush, debt grew to 69% of GDP. Up 12 basis points in 8 years. Democrats and liberals wailed and screamed how bad this was. What a failure as a president Bush was. And they were right! This was a terrible increase, and the seeds of the tea party were planted.

Now after LESS than 3 years of Democrats and odrama, debt has HIT 100% of GDP. UP 31 basis points in a third of the time Bush was in office. And liberals and Democrats make excuses and tell lies claiming that it is all someone or something elses's fault.

The 12 point climb under Bush was Bush's fault. But the 31 point climb under odrama is mysteriously someone elses's fault.

What pitiful lame ass nonsense. It is the fault of an arrogant incompetent idiot clown fool that has no clue what to do or even to find any right people to ask for advice. He has hired and fired a string of ideological robot yes men exactly like himself. So his advice has never changed and has been obviously and consistently wrong.
We have an imitation president that has NEVER had any responsibility before. Has NEVER managed anything before. Has NEVER had to make a payroll. Has NEVER had to make a crucial decision before. And it shows. He is in so far over his head that he has no hope of recovery.
And the nation is suffering like it has never suffered before under any president.

 

The US public disagrees bush junior had a 71 disaproval the highest in modern times. Even nixon never scored that high .

The problem wasnt the increases spending, the problem was on WHAT it was spent on . Bush was the equivalent on going to las vegas and blowing your savings and taking out some loans and waisting them as well.

Bush spent money that barely had any positive effect on the economy. And it was never even meant to benefit the economy.

SO according to you the first second obama came to office everything that bush did had no effect anymore whatsoever on the USA economy?

Part of it is obama, a large part bush and even clinton and others before him. Same goes for bush, he also had to live with some bad decisions from the past but most of his mistakes were his own.

One of the other reason is dollar devaluation.......it takes more money to do anything today than it did even a year ago. And as long as the Federal Reserve is responsible for the issuing of money it will continue to increase, even if they lay people off and have less people working for the government than ten years ago.

 

You want to explain that dollar devaluation [INFLATION] theory to all the retired people that have COLA clauses in their retirement that got no COLA increase for 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011 because as the government explained to all that there WAS NO inflation!

The ultimate beauty from our government was to people receiving Social Security checks. The government explained that, ONCE AGAIN, the check would remain the same as there was no inflation, therefore no COLA increase.

In the NEXT PARAGRAPH, that same, not sane, government said:

However your Medicare deduction from your Social Security benefit will be greater for Medicare because the cost of health care has gone up!

 

I don't think I need to.......if they shop and pay bills. The government on the other hand is not there to serve the people.....they are there to serve the interest of business. It can be very hard to Americans to wake up to how evil their government is because they have been brainwashed.

 

First you claim that the govt has not spent more, the dollar has devalued. I explain that there has been no official inflation. And you wander off mumbling something about EVIL governments serving EVIL businesses.

Business is the energy that allows this national engine to run. It is the power, it is the fuel. It is the LIFEBLOOD of the nation. IT IS NOT EVIL. Only bumbling know nothing idiots can possibly believe something so stupid as that.

Business is not perfect. There are some bad people in business. A VERY SMALL PERCENT. There are bad priests and ministers. There are bad Nuns. There are bad politicians, There are bad clerks in your DMV dept. There are bad kids on a little league team.

Does that make them all EVIL. The rampant stupidity is incredible! A vibrant business is all that will save this nation. The bumbling idiot in the White House just slows business down. And the previous bumbling idiot in the White house didn't do business any favors either.

And any idiot that claims business is evil, has only revealed their complete lack of intelligence about business. I know business from over 40 years on the inside and from the very top. There is no evil. Most businessmen are FAR too busy to be hatching conspiracies.

 

Then why do prices go up? I don't need someone to make something official to know if a thing exist or not. Prices have gone up since the recession whether anyone want to make it official or not......it is what it is......a devaluing of the dollar. It is the reason why the U.S debt keeps going up and will continue to go up, until the dollar or the economy crashes.

I did not say that business is evil. However, life is more than making money and buying stuff. We have more business than ever before but less personal freedom, because people have become slaves of corporations/business.

There was a time when more people worked for themselves and retired in middle age. Which gave them time to socialized more than they were able to when they were working. Today, one is fortunate if they retire at age 50, and soon it will be raised even higher than it is now. So that by the time one retires they will have just enough time to make their funeral Arrangement.....if they are that fortunate.
