Some type of chemical was poured down her throat, and her body, including her bleeding and battered genital area, likely scrubbed with the same solution - all while Channon was alive, the forensic expert said. She was then "hog-tied," with curtains and strips of bedding, her face covered tightly with a small trash bag and her body stashed inside five large trash bags before being placed inside a large trash can and covered with sheets. Channon died slowly, suffocating, the medical examiner said.

 

True that it was common practice, but, I don't think you can say it is anymore...

Be that as it may, kudos to the State of Texas for putting this piece of (*)(*)(*)(*) in the dirt...

 

From what I read in the Wiki piece, judging from what happened, absolutely, they should've gotten death too...

They showed an absolute disregard for human life, so, I don't feel their's deserves any regard either...

I mean, good God, look at what they did to those people...

They all deserve the needle too...

I am totally against the death penalty, but these guys are getting what they deserved.

 

I can't really say for sure whether I feel a needle is sufficient or not...

I mean, either way, they're dead...

However, I can't say that I'd feel bad for someone who does something olike this if a similar method to the killing they committed is used to put them to death...

The death penalty just still feels a little odd for me to support, because, up until a few years, I was pretty well opposed to it...

But, then, I began to observe some of the stuff that people were up to, and it altered my opinion...

And that's not even counting what I've witnessed first hand...

 

disagree that crime was based on robbery not hate and they were not being smart victims because they yelled racial slurs and insults at their attackers which provoked them into more violence.

in a robbery situation people are advised to remain calm and non- confrontational or things like the above will happen.

its a possibility because hate crimes are the only time when such violence is seen since that crime was a robbery that is the only other explanation because it was not a hate crime as some would like it to be.
