"We were then assaulted by a crowd of men. I was beaten by a group of youngsters and adults who tore my clothes," she told AFP, adding that she was then molested in a way that "would be considered rape."

The humiliation lasted for 45 minutes, after which a group of Egyptians rescued her."

The victim. Are you really going to attack the three victims in your defense of Islam?

    Crap. Rape victims don't check their watches. I'll attack hypocrisy anyplace. here's some US custodial rape reporting for you;

Start a thread and air your concerns.

No one said anything about checking a watch. The victim said that it seemed to last 45 minutes to her, and you are questioning her. She's the third female journalist sexually assaulted in Egypt, while covering the riots. Why the denial?

Why is this poster allowed to derail every thread it enters?

In an iran thread, it forcefully pushes the topic onto other countries. In a thread on an officially sanctioned-egyptian rape, it tries to talk about some other movement 10,000 miles away.

    Where are the moderators?

So if it was watched and condoned by egyptian officials for 30 minutes instead, is that really supposed to be relevant? Are you stupid?

She should have stayed in France. She would have been safer interviewing the likes of Dominique Strauss-Kahn (don't think that is a muslim name tho).

The difference is the culture across the Islamic world. History shows there are significant differences. Don't get me wrong, I dislike any religion really. I am also against rightwing christianity such as that practiced by American republicans.

Well Moon, you're welcome to come to Texas and find out what the difference is.
In the US sexual attacks against women because of their religion aren't condoned by the state religion. We punish men who attack women. I know that the ACLU says that it was told that a girl was treated poorly by a corrections officer and as you can see, we are investigating that case. And the man will be punished if he abused a young girl in his care.

Come on to Texas a give tit groping a try. Bring as many Arab islamo dogs as you think you will need.

Do you want to state for the forum that there is no such thing as custodial rape in Texas ?

Wakey, wakey. This is yet another, racist, anti-muslim thread based upon a relatively minor allegation of intimidating behavior towards a female in custody. This is a common occurrence right across the world. It features here because the alleged perpetrators might be muslims. I ask you, where was the OP in the thread concerning the conviction of the President of Israel for multiple rapes ? In fact, wtf were YOU ?

Who has ever said there was NOT a problem with bad treatment of women of some Muslims?

But it is not a MUSLIM issue, its a MALE SCUMBAG USING RELIGION AS AN EXCUSE issue, just like in all other religions where men have used their religion as an excuse to harass and subjugate women..

Sexual assault is reprehensible no matter where it occurs. What is equally reprehensible is that you'd attempt to deflect from and excuse such deplorable behavior by muslims by pointing out that it happens elsewhere in the world.

If you continue to refer to me by way of the definite article you'll be one sorry typist. It's against the rules, you see.

As for your claim of derailment - quite the opposite is true. I've broadened the discussion to include the motives of the OP and the scale of custodial rape worldwide. I suggest that this broadening is annoying only to those who are being forced to pull their heads out of that unfortunate woman's vagina.

Egyptian protesters have rioted with the CSF and their plain clothes thugs in Alexandria again.
Same story as the CSF attacking the journalist a few days ago.
Plain clothed counter revolutionary thugs attacking women as they do minorities.
It's nothing new and one of their tactics.

If they're raping a women, (*)(*)(*)(*)ed right.

My guess is that the police did nothing and no arrests were made. Typical Egyptian inept law enforcement.

The Arab winter has set in.

I suppose you didn't listen to Mona El Tahawys statement so I will tell you what she said.:bored:

She said she was attacked by the CSF.

(The same CSF thugs who attacked the two women in Alexandria yesterday
The same Mubarak thugs who the protesters on 25th January were marching about.
They are in uniform and are in plain clothes if you listen to any protesters shouting you will hear the word Baltageya)

It was there she was assaulted and held by them for hours. She was then transferred by army officers to the Military where they said they found no charges she was accused of and they released her.

Mona said that the Baltageya were the ones responsible. The CSF. Mubaraks men. Not protesters, not army but CSF baltageya.

Thank you, Abu, but I'm afraid it won't even dent what passes for consciousness in our Islamophobic mythomaniac neoZionist boot-licking military mobsters.

Amazing. Both the anarchistic protestors and the police are sexually assaulting women.

    What pigs.

What a surprise. Arab dogs attacking innocent women because the Coreann says that any woman in public is a slut. The idea is that Arab men are such pigs that they can't keep their hands off any woman that they see and as we see that the islamoits are right.

That whole Arab culture needs to be exterminated.
