That's in the Little Rock, Arkansas area. Guess where I am? I went to the Wal-Mart on Shackleford road in Little Rock this afternoon. Every item that was on sale was sold out. There was one item I really wanted so I went on-line afterward and got it for the advertised price. The only problem is it won't be delivered until December 8th. That should be plenty of time for Christmas.
They said most of the shoppers today were young people in their 20's...you know what that means??? Left wing liberals for sure.
$2 for a waffle iron? That means it's a piece of junk.... I don't do Black Friday. Never have and never will. There's nothing I need bad enuf to risk my life over..... besides I don't like masses of people. Heard on the news that in LA, this woman went into a store pepper spraying everyone who got in her way as she headed towards the Xboxes to get one.... the cops are still looking for her and I sure hope they get that nut.... What really blew me away was a security guard at a Safeway in Everett, WA dragged a 4 yr old girl and her dad into security telling the dad his daughter was banned from Safeway b/c she shoplifted.... it turned out when the dad was looking at something, the child opened up a box of dried apricots, ate a couple and put the box back on the shelf... The security idiot put a piece of paper in front of the child and told her to sign it - she couldn't read or write, so she scribbled something on paper... When the pres of Safeway heard about this, he called parents, apologizing for the security guard's behavior - who had been fired. That was the best part of the story - the brainless moron had been fired....
maybe, maybe not. what it is for sure is a "loss leader". it's put on sale to draw people in that will hopefully buy other stuff too...and build store brand loyalty. need something? your subconcous will drag you to Walmart because you got a wafflemaker at cost and you won't even think to compare the coffeemaker that seems like a good price because it ends in .96 instead of .99. (we won't go into how often the same model at Walmart is $10.96, and $9.99 accross the street)

thats what happens, especially in these times. people see a hell of a good deal and they will scrap to the death to get it lol. another reason i dont do black friday shopping lol, i have too much of a short fuse when being pushed around lol. if these people were smart they would know the same deals they get on black friday will be around for atleast another week or 2, plus all the christmas sales coming up. plus ebay has black friday prices all year around haha. dumbasses lol.
It's like a liberal wasteland in many areas in and around Little Rock. I guarantee those folks in the video have Obama bumper stickers on their cars. You won't find this type of behavior in the more conservative parts of the State.
But there wasn't a riot ? It was fun to watch, primarily because of the butt-crack woman. And it was a scramble. But there were no fights. No pepper spray. And waffle mix probably got a boost in sales. And as I noted earlier, apparently butt-crack got an armload of waffle makers. Wasn't her husband happy when she came home .... and don't we all want a waffle maker from our favorite butt-crack sister in law No one got hurt. Good for all those waffle-making rednecks, GOP and Dem I'll just keep buying the pre-made waffles, and nuke 'em, btw.
