LOL, is that what they're telling you now on the right wing propaganda outlets?

    Year - Outlays
    2001 1,862.9
    2002 2,010.9
    2003 2,159.9
    Percent increase: 15.9%

    2009 3,518.2
    2010 3,455.8
    2011 3,601.0
    Percent increase: 2.4%

    Source: CBO.gov

Not only has Obama not spent anywhere near 3x what Bush spent, but the growth in spending under Obama is a fraction of what it was under Bush for the equivalent time period, even though Obama has had to deal with the Great Recession he inherited.

I suppose if you gullibly believe all the crap you hear from the right wing propaganda you'd think so.

Well unlike the previous presidents tenure a major NY land mark has not been blown up by terrorists since Obama has been in office.

He seems very articulate and I'm sure would be fun to have a beer with.

Can't help but notice how you admonish those who didn't say nice things about President Obama but you managed to slip in a few unprovoked insults towards Bush, Republicans and conservatives. I don't recall you stating in your OP that that was what this thread was for but it is always interesting how Bush pops up in these discussions.

Then show us all how it is done and say a couple of nice things about former President Bush.

In order to be fair something nice about Bush; Bush has done a decent job since returning to the Texas Rangers, back to back world series appearances. Not sure if he actually has a position with the team any greater than season ticket holder, but even still he's done a good job rooting... that college cheerleading shown up in FULL EFFECT WOOT!!!

    Was that so hard?
Because I compared vacation times I was insulting Mr. Bush and republicans? Hardly.

Mr Bush is a great american. He is a man of good humor and I never let pride get inthe way of admitting he might be ill informed about something. He always was comfortable making social blunders while speaking and often joked about them when they happened. He was also a very strong leader following 9/11 and delivered what many have since labeled, ''a near perfect speech'' I have watched him on shows such as late night with Jay Leno and he is of good spirit and character.

Obama is as modest as you are, and exactly as Republican.

Work your way out of that one.

definitely! he cares enough about his children to send them to a private school so they won't be punished by the failures of the ultra-liberal DC public school system.

Short term memory lapses are a (*)(*)(*)(*)(*). But it ,might be a case of being constitutionally incapable of being honest...there are such unfortunates.

incorrect, his alleged father was half black and half Arab.

hey! that makes him the first Arab President too! :sun:

and since his "father" wasn't legally married to his mother, that makes him the first illegitimate President too!!! :woot:

    only in America.

By diverting the attention away from yourself with attempts at humor.
I could speculate however we would have to discuss a few things first before I could really make a determination.

Incorrect. You asked me if I think that if people are ignorant malcontents if they do not say nice things about President Obama. Not necessarily, and there is nothing in the evidence you have brought forth to suggest otherwise. I simply stated that there may be some unfortunates in which case this exercise may be too much for.

Actually, his father was legally married to another woman when he was born. Which takes him a step above illegitimate.

And to think, it was said JFK couldn't be elected because he was Catholic. We've sure lowered that bar, haven't we? :omg:

He's a 'southpaw' right? (lefty for those that know American vernacular). So true to form. I compliment him on his 'consistency' if nothing else.
