Putler literally broke his defense agreement with Armenia just like he broke Russia's treaty guarantee for Ukraine's territorial integrity. So who would ever trust Putler?
What does breaking a deal with Armenia have to do with our deals ? -- is different agreement .. different sitution. We would be compete idiots to think that we have never broken agreements .... such that breaking an agreement with Gaddafi necessarily will impact some trade agreement with China in some big way .. or some Military agreement with Canada. So why should anyone ever trust the USA given the colonies broke an agreement with the British .. same thing with any of the hundreds of other broken agreements .. Now .. if we are talking the one we are dealing with US dealing with Russia for example on military agreement ..and US has violated agreement with Russia numerous times on military issue .. now it is significant and will play a factor. So who would ever Trust the US - given its horrible track record of breaking agreement with Russia on the military stage.
