Is it the democrats or the media or both? I noticed even some RINO republicans are trying to block Trump from getting anything done.

Maybe its the 'thing' he wants to get done. Maybe there was never a realistic plan behind the promises. The votes were never there in the first place.

The establishment (the deep state) has circled the wagons. They're out to squash Trump.

"RINO" Republicans are the only thing keeping the Republican party grounded

I notice the Trump FanBoys have taken to their leader's penchant for blaming everything and everybody else - not taking the slightest bit of personal responsibility for anything.
And if our response is, "Well, Obama did ..." or "Well, Clinton tried," the you are merely lowering the bar for Trump - not coming up with a reasoned response.
And don't forget, Bill Clinton was hounded by the press as well - look up the MSM breaking Chinagate which led to Congressional investigations and the Lewinsky affair - a story broken by main stream media. Your boy, Trump isn't the only guy who has ever had to deal with difficult situations.

That excuse is staring to run a bit thin as well.
Trump is the guy with all the marbles ... he's got the WH, the Senate and the House all under Republican control. It's his to lose.

Its an established practice for centuries to step on and squash cockroaches. Its not as effective as an exterminator, but there sure are no moral compunctions...

Maybe the problem is that Trump is the most divisive man in the history of politics if not the history of mankind.

Actually it's the cult of Trump followers who keep avoiding the current issues and pointing back to the election... perhaps because he's been losing ever since then?

I was thinking about how the wrong wing went nuts, and still does, because Obama said Trayvon Martin could have been his son. I know people who still get all red in the face if it comes up.

Trump says the press is the enemy of the people, or he wants to use torture, or he praises a man who uses death squads, and the wrong wing has no problem. They defend him all the more. And then it's a freaking mystery why the rest of us are outraged. You really have to be out of touch with reality to be confused.

Sickening. Nothing else can be said. It is just sickening what has become of this country. It is becoming everything we as a nation have long defined to be "the enemy".

Biased partisans are largely to blame whether they be democrats, republicans, politicians, media, or other members of the left or right. Blaming any one political group is biased.

Somehow authoritarianism has stripped itself of the Nazi flag and the soviet flag it used to wear, and wrapped itself in the American flag. Trumpsters decided to embrace elements of authoritarianism , because they lost confidence in American institutions and beliefs.

It's an overthrow of a duly elected American leader. It's disgustingly third-world and anti-American.

But that's doesn't bother libs. The end justifies the means, right?

Overthrows do not normally involve the constitutional processes, powers and rights described via the constitution and congressional statute. Your problem is that even with the Republican party on the cusp of great gains the executive and legislative branches at both at the state and federal level, the GOP is still obliged to nominate a President who is competent and ethical to avoid investigation and constant attack. The GOP had 14 candidates to pick from to beat Hillary, and nominated an amoral, greedy, narcissistic idiot.

He did this to himself. He chose the people around him, he chose to cozy up to Putin to get a leg up, and now he, and his people are being investigated.

Liberals have nothing to do in all of this. It's all Republicans. They have the House, the Senate, the Presidency, the SCOTUS, the Hastert rule, no filibuster, and zero desire to reach across the aisle. What more do you need?

A credible, ethical candidate to run for office? No they had some of those. They needed the brains to figure out which were credible and ethical and which were not, and the moral backbone to pick one of those.

All politics is partisan, it's when your politics becomes criminal and you use partisanship to justify it that there is a problem

And when your candidate could not only shoot someone on 5th avenue and get away with it, but when he brags about it while the crowds cheer. It is sickening.

This is support of a dictator. It is the stuff of Nazi Germany. And that isn't hyperbole.

Trumpers elected not only a thug, but a Russian operative.

But that would mean rising above his basic nature. Never going to happen.
