So making inter-racial marriage illegal is ok right? I mean thats a CHOICE right??? They dont HAVE TO marry outside their race....

And if marriage is a religious deal then why do people need a STATE license for it to be a valid marriage and why must they go to a COURT to dissolve the marriage??? No one is saying the church has to honor the marriage, recognize it or perform it....only the STATE granted marital priviledges and labels should be granted and not be discriminatory.

The US is not a theocracy.
