This, from your second post really made me choke on my coffee. What is more wacky, invading a nation using target specific techniques to oust an insane dictator, or spending 40 years building up the most destructive arsenal of nitrogen bombs so that some terrorist mad hatter can steal them when one of the nations collapses. I think you have a strange concept of wacky behavior.
