I would consider being FOR turning it over the UN on ONE condition. And that condition must be in writing. They the UN would spend the BILLIONS THEY got in kickbacks from Saddam to pay for rebuilding Iraq....which would have to include getting back the kickbacks that France and Russia received. Anything short of that.....NO WAY.
