So what? They passed the background check just like I do. If these people are terrorist suspects then I'm guessing that our law enforcement organizations are using the Patriot Act to follow and spy on them.

This subject has already been done under current events. And (though I hate to admit it) Myopicmouse said it best when he asked:
If you were suspected of a car robbery would you like it if you were not allowed to vote?
