I suppose you would also question what the definition of "is" is. An embryo of a cat is the same as a cat embryo which is a bonified member of species Felis catus.
To prove this point, why don't you go and break a few bald eagle eggs, then turn yourself in to the nearest game and fish officer. You will find that you won't be imprisoned for molesting an embryo of a Haliaeetus leucocephalus, you will go to prison for molesting Haliaeetus leucocephalus. While you are in front of the judge, try your little word game out with him or her, you might get an extra 5 years for being a dolt.
