I don't particularly care much about what Michelle Malkin has to say regarding Cuba.

I think it's great that the Congressional Black Caucus took the initiative to be one of the first groups to open a dialog with the Cubans. Giving Cuba the cold shoulder has proven to be fruitless, so despite circumstances there that don't meet our standards this seems to be a good opportunity to change our policy towards Cuba.
