Why communists aren't looked favorably upon, I'd say that for one, Communism rarely works. Look at the last 100 years in history.

To me, Communism goes hand in hand with dictatorship. Look at Stalin, Ho Che Ming (sp?) and Castro. All men who ruled with an iron fist and didnt allow opposition of any kind.

Propoganda, oppression, being told how to think, fear of speaking ones own opinion, not that of the party, all come to mind when I think of communism.

Schwarz, my only hope is that you are able to live under the form of Gov't that you admire so much.
