To me, Communism goes hand in hand with dictatorship. Look at Stalin, Ho Che Ming (sp?) and Castro. All men who ruled with an iron fist and didnt allow opposition of any kind.
Propoganda, oppression, being told how to think, fear of speaking ones own opinion, not that of the party, all come to mind when I think of communism.
Schwarz, my only hope is that you are able to live under the form of Gov't that you admire so much.

Stalin was fascist. Castro and Ho Chi Mihn helped their countries to become better than before. As far as propoganda and being told what to think, look at George Bush constantly ranting "weve made progress" and glorifying the war while demonizing the insurgence. The Patriot Act is proof enough that whatever freedom we had is now dead.
