You have the people vote. Then, you have people vote for the people that voted. Why can't we streamline the system and give everyone an equal say? That way, smaller states would have a smaller share of the governance, while larger states would have a larger share accordingly and perfectly proportionally. BTW I also dislike the Senate. North Dakota should NOT have as much say in the US government as California.
