Even though there is a gang war going on at the border (is that near you?) between rival drug operations, using bazookas and machine guns, we're not going to have any talk of inconveniencing those seeking a better life (at our expense).

I've even heard a few news stories where some of our Border Patrol were shot at by these drug dealers, but I haven't heard about us doing much about it. Texas is a big state with a lot of places to cross completely undected. Up here by the Red River I know and deal with a a growing amount of people who crossed the Rio Grande River without any problem(could have been carrying anything if they wished to).
